Got this 98” LG 4k tv on sale over Christmas, fits in my living room perfectly. Was debating on getting the 98” TVL tv but decided to spend a little more for a higher quality tv with AI built into it. Has alot of setting options for the picture and sound. Very pleased with my purchase.

Perfect. The picture is amazing. The best buy delivery was punctual and fast. The placed it in my home which wasnt easy cause they had to navigats a small elavator and very long narrow hallway. I had it professionally mounted which i completely reccomend doing because it is very large and heavy not many furntire out there that can hold it safely. My ps5 is very fast and vivid. It doesnt even need a soundbar. I bought one with it which i returned because it didnt enhance my sound at all it actually sounded better without the soundbar. That right there makes this tv worth it. I live in a large space and the tvs sound perfectkly fills it.

Great TV is far biggest in my home and yet still has best picture. I was originally looking for a 65" with a budget of couple grand. Then i found this Gem. It replaced the projector and screen and 58" tv setup i had before couldn't be more happy with my choice.

Everything was great with the purchase and after purchase including delivery and mounting

They send defective tv and installed it and for return replacement asking me to send it back and theirs installer took away all boxes and packaging

Bright picture Hd movies look great older movies are grainy and blacks are bleeding into each other, malfunctioned on day one there was a pixel issue had a line in middle of tv. Decided to trade up to OLED

I purchased this TV with installation service from the Geek Squad. Twice it has failed with rainbowing and screen cracks that are not evident when the TV is removed from the box. It appears the packaging does not protect the TV adequately and screen defects/damage show up once the TV is mounted, perhaps due to flexing. Note that the TV is being professionally installed by 4 Best Buy Geek Squad members.

Great tv for the orice. Plenty of options to watch different shows and or movies. The sales person in the tv department spent a lot of time with me and helped me make the right choice.

This TV is amazing! The 98-inch screen is huge and makes movies and sports feel like you're in a theater. The picture is super clear and the colors look great. Totally worth it if you want that big screen experience at home.

I purchased this LG through Best Buy after a disappointing experience with the equivalent Samsung product through Samsung direct. The TVs are comparable, but the LG ended up being $600 cheaper and the free install and quick shipping time through Best Buy was light years ahead of Samsung direct. The TV is huge, but don’t worry… you get used to it and are only overwhelmed by the size for the first 48 hours or so. Gaming and watching football is so much more fun now!

Satisfied with purchase of this tv. Picture is great and the price for this size tv was reasonable. I have another LG tv that I'm satisfied with and that's why i bought another one.
