Looks nice, but built cheaply as possible by LG. Doors, when pushed to close, shut loudly and almost violently, especially the left door.

This is a good unit, however, it was supposed to be a counter depth unit, and we are waiting for the counter depth unit, which is supposed to be delivered on 09/12/25. They return the standard depth unit then.

Ordered this in August. Best Buy keeps hassling me for a review of something that has yet to be delivered. Salesperson said they’re gonna be here for us all through delivery and warranty. They are never around when I call and ask for a delivery date. So you want a review of a nonexistent refrigerator? Try improving customer service while I try and get a refund and order a refrigerator elsewhere.

It's new so that's always exciting. It works well controlling the temperature of refrigerated & freezer items without over-freezing anything. The only thing I don't like is compared to my 20 yr old side-by-side fridge, this one doesn't have as much freezer space. I do like how much room is in the fridge though. Oh, one other thing, it makes noise, like sometimes it sounds like a womans voice saying something, then it makes knocking noises & other types of little noises, none of which are really loud enough to be bothersome, though. The only time it would be bothersome is if the fridge is right next to you bedroom & you're a light sleeper, other than that it's almost comical~I hear the noises & laugh.

I love it! I previously had a side by side & am limited by the size I can fit into my very small kitchen. This refrigerator, although being 2 cu ft smaller than my side by side has way more usable space! It fits the space better & has so many more features I like. My salesman, Ean, was so helpful & patient trying to find a refrigerator that would fit in the space I had & still give me all the features I was looking for - like finding a needle in a haystack, but he did it!

Everything about this fridge is well thought out. Lots of room in a narrower size and good use with the adjustable shelves and door storage, even with the door ice maker. And it's got crushed ice through the door!!!

I paid for a water line and water hookup for my refrigerator it never happened I called four times and was promised a phone call back within an hour it's been 4 days I've heard nothing the fridge is nice but the service is terrible
