A: The 7thGen Intel Core processor platforms (formerly code-named Kaby Lake) is the first Intel integrated graphics platform to support HDR. Intel first launched support for HDR in the form of Ultra HD Blu-ray playback in 2016 on Kaby Lake platforms on Windows 10. Since that time, Intel and Microsoft have worked together to support OS-native HDR on Intel graphics with the Windows 10 Fall Creator’s Update.
