Customer Ratings & Reviews

Since it is only 32gb, unfortunately there’s some small perks missing. Such as, the laptop requires you to input a 4 digit pin every time since there’s is no available for face recognition or fingerprint scan. It also doesn’t have lit up keyboards. However, prices on computers (especially 32gb), have skyrocketed the last year or two so the price ($750) more than make up for these small missing features. If it were a few years ago, we could get a very nice 32gb computer with all these features and a metal build instead of this plastic, but unfortunately tariffs have made this an impossible reality than doesn’t look likely to change anytime soon. In conclusion, very happy with this purchase after using it for a few weeks and if laptop prices ever increase, I very well might buy the upgraded LG Gram with all these missing features and more because there’s is no comparable laptop as light with as long as a battery life with the same features as a Dell or HP.

This is my first laptop. My wife has a 17-inch HP Omen that is a nice size for at home but kind of big and heavy for travel. I chose LG because consumer reports rates LG as one of the more reliable laptops. Stepping down in screen size did mean a smaller number keypad but that has not been an issue. In searching for a laptop, I wanted at least 16 GB of RAM. 8 and 32 were my closest choices, so I went with 32 since more and more programs run in the background using up RAM. I really like the touch screen, but all the surfaces do show fingerprints. This laptop had all I was looking for but was a little more than I was looking to spend because of the additional RAM, but Best Buy had it for 300 dollars off, so it literally became a Best Buy.

It’s a great lightweight laptop with fast response time. The sound quality is not great, at its maximum it is difficult to hear if there are other activities going on, like a fan being on at the same time. You will need an external soundbar or speakers. If it’s for regular everyday work use, it’s great.

My first LG Laptop, screen is great, very portable and feels sturdy, keyboard feels good and battery runs almost all day.

Battery life is good. Look wise it is stylish. Speed is great

The Best Buy Salesman didn't mess around and try to upsell me. He just listened to what I was looking for and found a laptop that met all the criteria I gave him. It was a little pricier than what my bidget was, but it had a better processor and RAM that would, in thr long run, save me more money with the necessary upgrade I would avoid by getting a laptop like I did. Great job.

This has the specs i need and Its great overall. Great looking product. Its light and seems good for my taste.

The laptop is just the right size. The display is crisp and clear. It is much faster than my older computer. I like the numeric keypad. So far no problems.

I have no complaints, it isnt loud nor slow. I use it for content creating and it works well

Turned it in, did first time setup, updated Windows, and worked on it for like an hour. Suddenly, a thin vertical line appeared on the screen. Restarted, checked drivers and everything fine, restarted again to check if line would show on BIOS screen and it sure did. Work wise, great for the time I could use it. Not impressed with LG's laptops quality control, though...

Really a great computer. Fast, good graphics, no problems

I needed a laptop to run some memory hog programs and still be able to have my one million Chrome tabs open. This does the trick - no lag so far and everything runs smoothly. Bonus that I got it on sale!

This one replaced my wife’s laptop and she enjoyed this one, saying it’s faster all around. The memory the laptop came with was great for the price.

Good systems, no issues so far. Fast processing speeds

Perfect condition: fast, smooth, and highly efficient

I purchased this to run Fusion 360 and 3D Printer software since my old laptop was about 6 years old. well I had to return this laptop 1 day later because it has a virtual graphics card or something like that and it was way worse than my old laptop

I bought this because the best buy rep said it was the best. No, no its not

poor sound quality, hard to hear anything. while in any call or playing video, it's hard to listen anything. not recommended
