So far, this has been a great phone, though it is important to understand that I have very basic requirements for a smartphone. I have owned some higher-end phones in the past (multiple LG G series phones among them) and found myself using only a fraction of the phone's capabilities. This purchase is my first of a budget smartphone, and it has met my needs and exceeded my expectations. I was told by many that the limited RAM and weak processor would cause performance issues, but I have not had any issues thus far. I use the phone for phone calls, text messaging, some light duty googling, occasional photos (nothing professional), some music related apps, as well as GPS exercise apps. I don't watch a lot of videos, or play games, so I can't speak to performance there, but so far, watching something on youtube has been fine. In my opinion, if you are looking for a phone to satisfy your basic smartphone needs, and not spend a lot on features you will never use, then you should consider this phone. I can't speak to the build quality as I have owned the phone for about 10 days. Initially, I have had no issues with quality.

Spectrum Mobile will not allow you to buy this phone unlocked and activate it with their service. You have to buy it directly from them. That being said, this is a nice phone. It is small, thin and has all the options I wanted in a basic smartphone without the big price. Unfortunately I will be returning the phone. Be sure to check with the carrier you will be using before you purchase an unlocked phone. Don't rely on the list of compatible carriers provided by the retailer.

I have had this phone for almost two months and so far I am pleased with my purchase. For the price, this phone does the basics well. I am not a super-user, so therefore not very demanding when it comes to photos, streaming etc. So for me, performance in these areas is more than adequate. Android 10 takes a little getting used to, with the gestures, but it is not difficult. Battery life has been excellent for me, I am currently using it on Cricket with no problems. I would recommend this phone to anyone currently looking in the sub $200 price range. Hoping that it holds up well for the next couple of years like my last LG phone (Risio2) did.

This is a great phone and very comparable in quality and navigating, apps etc. to my previous phone, the Samsung Galaxy S10e, but much much lower in price. I'm extremely pleased and satisfied to say the least. I must also add that this experience with Best Buy was exceptional not only because of the great phone I purchased but the staff was amazing. I've never had a Better experience, in regards to cell phone purchasing etc. than I did with this phone order. The sales associate, Chelsea was very courtious, helpful, patient and had a very inviting and positive personality. She also had other customers she was assisting and did a great job to acknowledge everyone in a timely manner. Thank you!

The phone works well for my purposes. The charge runs down quickly when it is left on but it stays charged once it is turned off. I only use it for long distance calls and voice mail. I had to switch carriers when my old carrier wouldn't migrate me after the Sprint-T-Moble merger when I couldn't remember my 6 digit pin number for my Sprint account. They were worried about fraud?

decent phone with 32 gb of memory and good size, unlock for any carrier, so u can use with verizon, tmobile, and ay gsm carrier

Good budget phone. Works with Verizon(less expensive than Verizon phone and no need to renew plan for 2 years). A bit heavy and clumsy but work fine for a basic smart phone.

Works well and no problems so far. I was looking for a small phone that fit in my pocket easily and this one does the trick. It's all I need and more. Never wanted all the extra stuff...just to get and answer calls...but it's actually pretty handy.

I bought this LG for my elderly mom. Although she doesn't use most of the functions, the phone and text features are easy for her.

Phone is good. Camera is satisfactory. Just like the memo/notes on the Lg phones. Also like the calendar.

It is a good size. Did not have any problems activating it. It has rapid access to the apps I use.

Good if you want to buy your kids their first phone, but don’t want to spend too much. You get a great value for the price.

Could have been a little bigger. Cannot replace battery, so planed obsolescence, wont do that again. Have not used it that much.

2020 model. Easy to setup, very familiar to work with. Great height and it has swipe option like iPhone X models and higher. It’s has Touch ID button on the back, very nice addition. It’s silver and the camera quality is fair it’s pretty good for a decent phone. Very easy to use.

I was looking to buy my sister's a new phone in replacement to their old Samsung's, and the LG K31 was the best choice. Not only did it come with everything a phone should have, it was fairly easy to send data from your old to new, it runs smoothly and your pocket will be fine after the purchase. These are amazing budget phones- look no further than to purchase the LG K31 as it has everything you need.

LG products are always easy to operate. They make a good product. My last phone wasn’t an LG. I didn’t like it much.

The user has difficulty swipe for getting to the homepage She would like to return it for simpler cell phone

Bought this as a replacement for my beloved lost Blackberry Dtek 50. Fortunate to be able to keep the same phone number. Would have given 5 stars but the audio is very tinny.
