The features of this signature washer make washing a breeze! Love the interface and love the auto dispensing pump. The capacity of this washer is like none other!! Will never go back to something smaller!

High tech, large load capacity, easy to use, very sleek looking

Extremely well-built and beautiful machine! The color is more stunning than in the photo. You do have to be somewhat tech-savvy to navigate the controls, but, once you do, you won't be sorry. Very large capacity which will fit comforters, quilts, etc., which is what I wanted. Bought this and the the matching dryers for $200 off each. Also got the pedestals but from LG directly since Best Buy didn't offer them yet (they do now).

Definitely can wash a king size comforter without any issues. Nice new design on this machine!

Love my washing machine so quick and quiet love it

This washer looks great and so far it has worked great. For some reason we had to reset the circuit breaker feeding it twice the first two times we used it but have not had to do that again since. The large capacity allows us to wash our king size bedding. Hopefully these will last as long as our last set of washer and dryer did (18 yrs)

Worst experience with Best Buy I have ever had. I bought a 4K stackable washer and dryer set, and the dryer broke after just one day of owning it. Since then I've been waiting for them to properly schedule and complete the replacement, and it's been an absolute mess. This is the third time they've changed my scheduled delivery date, and nobody can give me a straight answer on why. No explanation, no accountability, just another canceled date and another wait. I spent $4,000 on this set and I've been without a dryer for over a month now. That is completely unacceptable. If you're thinking about buying appliances from Best Buy, think twice. The purchase is easy, but if anything goes wrong, be prepared to fight for weeks just to get it fixed.

Good product great tec screen I like you can cut off or add different cycles

I love the look of this and the functionality! The only downside is some may struggle with the detergent down low. You don't have to refill it often, but when you do it's very far down. Waiting for my pedestal still, so maybe it won't feel as difficult once it's up higher.

I love this washer! It dispenses the detergent and fabric softener according to the setting you use. Love the melody when its finished

Recently had to replace my older washer and dryer with this new set. So far, this set has been great! Love that there are options for how many extra rinses you want to add.
