I flipped back and forth between buying this a few times. I'm glad I did though. It definitely helps out when a shirt is too wrinkled but you're busy and dont have time to iron. It was also great throwing some of the kids' things in there after they had gotten sick. Normally once one person gets sick it seems to just make its way around, but I tossed there things in and used the sanitize feature and that seemed to help a lot. Its also pretty user friendly, comes with a manual to help decide what settings to use for different items!

I purchased this steamer for my wife. Apron receiving it, she had zero interest in it but a couple of videos and actual use... she loves it! Great product overall and I purchased it online at 50% Off brand new. The steamer makes our clothes smell better, crisper, and overall much better. One problem I have is with the vibration. It moves a lot but maybe I need to secure the feet better? not sure. I would recommend it to all. keep in mind that this is a heavy item and moving is not easy.

Works as promised. Clothes come out great. Very stylish design. Great convenience and alternative to dry cleaning. Can sanitize my bedding and pillows while I do weekly laundry. Love it!

This is a great addition to most any home. Its tall but not wide so it easily fits in small spaces. I have mine sitting right next to my bed. What I really enjoy is that it has several uses. It has a gentle dry cycle so you can dry delicate items. You can sanitize, remove wrinkles. You can even crease your pants. It has a touchscreen interface on the front. You just touch the settings you want and press start. Its WIFi capable. The only downfall to this unit is its heavy so you will not be able to easily move it around.

[Employee of bestbuy] -No, this will not replace your washer and dryer. -No, it will not remove all wrinkles. Rather, it will loosen up some of the deep wrinkles and creases. What it WILL do however, is refresh clothes in between washes, sanitize plushies, and decorative pillows, refresh some clothes that would usually require a dry cleaner, such as (faux) fur, cashmere, etc. It is good for drying coats and jackets after being in the rain or snow. It also helps get excessive lint and loose pet furs off of clothes. It does not flatten, tangle, ball up, or frizz faux fur. My fur coat comes out just as fluffy and soft and when I first bought it. It is easy to use, as you can fill the tanks up with tap water, and empty the dirty drain tank after each use. No waterline install necessary. Just clean the lint trap, and wipe down the inside every few uses. This unit is exceptionally quiet. It will not disturb anyone. It does sing the LG song after the cycle is done, but I think there may be a way to mute it. I just haven't checked because I like the song. :)
