The plate is very heavy and wide. the walking area is very narrow so if you are heavy set, it is difficult to stay with your legs closely tight to stay in that level. The remote does not work well and difficult to set your personal settings. You need the manual all the time to see the level you need. It's a bit confusing.

I walk 4 to 6 miles a day, lift light weights and do core exercises. The plate is the perfect size and helps me recover from these daily activities. I start the plate with the remote (which is very easy to use) and the simply adjust the setting to high (three settings - low, med, high). Then adjust each side from 90 to 99 (speed) and place my feet on the otter edges. This is the biggest benefit. I let the plate do its thing from there. It helps my balance and gives my full body a deep vibration workout. I feel so relax afterwards.
