The red light therapy belt is fantastic??? Totally love it! It's easy to use and works well!

I actually haven't used it thwart much because you can't put body weight on it. Meaning you can lie down if it is on your back or sit against a chair if you are wearing it. I also find the switch confusing. There is a "power" "settings" button and an "on" switch, and I have to try different sequences before the time is affected and it is in "countdown". I am not sure and the instructions are not clear what and when to start nthe timer. I wish it didn't have a cord. You definitely can't move around with it! I am not giving up tho!
