My husband and I absolutely love the LifePro Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate in Brown. Our kids call it the Shaker Raider, so that is the official name for it in our house now! Within just a couple of weeks of using it, we noticed a massive improvement in our overall health and daily comfort. Our muscle tension has decreased tremendously and neither of us feels constantly sore anymore. Remarkably, we both used to suffer from really bad headaches and we hardly get them at all now. Not a bad product I need the faster speeds for lymphatic drainage benefits. My old one goes to 99 this does not.
