Exercise is a Breeze

I’m loving this Life Pro Waver Vibration Plate! It makes wanting to exercise fun. Since I have had it I am trying to use it daily for at least 15-20 minutes, and I definitely feel better, more energized and I notice some aches gone. Overall just better. I’ll keep using it to see if some lbs. start to come off too! But so far it’s fun and it feels good! I haven’t found anything that I dislike. Its a great way to start my day!!

not impressed with it

I had read glowing reviews about this LifePro Waver Vibration Plate and purchased it without reading the disclaimers very well. There are many contraindications. Anyone who has balance issues should probably not use this - Heart issues as well. I use it occasionally on the lowest setting for about 5 minutes. I just am not impressed with it.
