A: yes they should be off the ground, if you check the instruction I believe it mentions that they should be off the ground. The car moves based on the big wheels in the front. The little wheels help stabilize.

A: Feet rest on the front, on either side of the steering wheel. You can see the testing spots by the black anti-slip texture there. They should NOT be on the ground ever for proper maneuverability and safety.

A: No, it’s just a different brand. The plasma car is the original name brand but now several other companies have started making them. I’ve never owned a plasma car so I can’t compare the quality but this one has been great so far!
