Q: Do I need a phone to set this up?
A: Interesting because after I posted this question, I actually chatted with a Linksys tech person on their website. Was told no I don't need a phone, that it can be installed using a computer and was given a link for the instructions that told how to use the computer to install. Wondering who these "Linksys tech" people are who are acting like authorities when they're not.

A: Hi, Fred. This Linksys router is a dual-band router which supports wifi speed of, 574mbps on the 2.4GHz network band and 2402mbps on the 5GHz network band.
Q: If purchased is there a fee to linyks and if so how much is it a month
A: Hi, 4titans! Our routers require no monthly payment. As long as they are connected to an active internet connection through a modem or similar device using an ethernet cable and configured properly, they should work fine

A: While we cannot provide a specific model, our routers are compatible with Fiber, Cable, Satellite, and DSL connections from most ISPs, as well as modems that use Ethernet.
Q: Do you sell wireless hot spot mobil phone routers. With a monthly internet billing?
A: No, we don’t have mobile hotspot available in your region. For internet connectivity, please reach out to an internet service provider, as we solely offer hardware devices.
Q: Is this one compatible with my cox internet
A: Hi! We have not tested all the ISPs available, but our routers are compatible with Fiber, Cable, Satellite, and DSL connections, and work well with most ISPs and modems using Ethernet.
