Instead of elf on the shelf, I got Waluigi on the Shalf-igi? It doesn't do much but great design and able to sit down on anything with ease. Looks exactly like the Nintendo character that everyone wants in Smash so much.

[Employee of bestbuy] This plushie is so cute and small (about 9 inches, 7 inches at sitting position). It’s also so soft and well stuffed. I got Mario in the Tanooki suit. I love this plush but it is expensive. Definitely an impulse buy. Would be a great gift.

Flying Mario and Princess Peach. Even though they are small, they are cute and soft. They immediately brought smiles to my kids' faces. The pictures include a pen for size reference. I do recommend.
