This game has an insane amount of content especially for the price. It is a very open ended sandbox type game that is fun for everyone to play. It can get very tough at times, but there really isn't any penalty for dying so you can keep trying to your heart's content.

I had a blast playing LBP3. The introduction of new characters is great, and the story is very different from the the previous titles. My only issue is with some bugs that will hopefully be fixed in upcoming patches. If you were a fan of the previous games, this is a must have for sure.

It's a fun game, this time made by a different developer so it lacks a bit of the charm of the first two. Where it takes a slight dip in charm and level design in my opinion, it makes up for it with better controls (jumping precision and level creator tools) and other controllable characters with new abilities. For the cons: load times are rough. And I ran into a glitch maybe where I wasn't able to import all of my purchased content from LBP 1 & 2. The store actually wanted me to but it again for LBP 3 even though it says it's compatible with all 3 versions. Even with those issues it's still a fun time and even more fun with friends. The online community is great but your mileage may vary. There's an endless number of player created levels there from all three games so you'll never run out of content to explore.

LittleBigPlanet 3 (or LBP3) is a great 4 local player co-op game. It also has competitive minigames to help break up the friendliness of the whole experience. The campaign is simple enough to finish but will require trial-and-error (and patience) to get 100%. Once that is done you can hop online with friends, strangers from around the world, or keep it solo in the literally millions of user-made levels. The only problem with this game, is that it has a few bugs, while most have been worked out, dont be surprised if the game tweaks out now and then.

As with the previous Little Big Planet games, there is no lack of creativity, and fun. The levels go from simple, to challenging, but nothing impossible for a solid gamer. There are some negatives though, and they are pretty major, if you plan to play co-op online. The game has some real issues keeping things synchronized between players. Many times, my friend would appear 'floating', where he was clearly in a different location, on his screen. To top it off, it would move my character, when it sync'd with my friend, resulting in some very unpredictable movement. Additionally, the camera movement was terrible, and often followed the player that was behind, and would kill the person who was ahead. This often wouldn't be a big deal, since it essentially punishes someone for running to far ahead. The problem is, some of the checkpoints are poorly placed, and if a player dies, they will get respawned WAY behind the surviving player. Often, it made it impossible to meet up again, and we'd burn up all the extra lives, just to make the camera start following the surviving player. Overall, if you want this for single player, or local multiplayer, then I still suggest buying it, because it's a really fun/creative game, that makes you think a bit more than the generic button masher game. If you want to play online, I caution buying it, unless you are willing to accept laggy gameplay.

While the main story as usual is great, and the characters are interesting, there just isn't enough going on in the main story line. Seems most of the time will bespent working on your own worlds, or that of online players, when you're done with the main game. My son has played all three games and he was done with this one a lot faster than all the rest. Nice game regardless and I'd say for children 7 and up (if they're playing alone that is) who have played similar games before.

The previous games were great, now they added a real story and several different characters with different abilities to play around with. Great game and great direction for the franchise. Great for kids and adults.

At launch this game came with many bugs and glitches that are still getting fixed. But aside from all that this is a great game. You can still create your own level as well as play other user-created levels. Another great thing is that any story-related content from LBP1 and LBP2 will carry over to the PS4 version. This is literally the biggest LBP game ever made. Go pick this up for some creative fun.

Great silly couch co-op, though game is extremely glitchy. Fun and creative.

The game is big fun in the tradition of the Nintendo classics. Nevertheless it's enormous amount of multitasking features makes it sometimes even for adults difficult to handle. The game may leave a childish impression but I wouldn't recommend it for kids. A great game play is hindered by really difficult puzzles. Nevertheless a great artwork from the developer.

I have to admit that I am a fan of the series. There is some great creations to download and play. The controls are still too floaty for my tastes but the story is enjoyable. Previously purchased costumes and DLC are mostly compatible with this version. It is buggier than previously version with the recent patch resolving the bulk of the issues.

This has always been one of my favorite games. Great game for anyone who enjoys games that enable them to be creative. Really fun to play online with friends or alone. This is like a mix between games like Animal Crossing and Super Mario. Great for all ages.

The game is seriously addicting. Amazing graphics. Levels are much more difficult than the prior versions. Love that we get to use the three new characters as they are collected. Never disappointed with Little Big Planet. Only wished there was a way to skip over the monologues.

My son and I have played through the first 2 games and really enjoyed them. Although the controls can be a little odd at times, they are fantastic. We love playing these type of games together, although it can be a little frustrating sometimes playing with a younger child but that's expected. ha ha

Very unique game with awesome couch or online cooperative play! The online community is huge and tons of awesome levels to play. The game was a little buggy at launch, but now is in a better place with the updates. In order to get the most out of your money the online levels are a must.

This is a great game for children of many ages. It is difficult to find anything without tons of violence.. This game is fine for all children. It is difficult to find games for the "older" gaming systems...Best Buy seems to have an excellent selection.

Now that this has been out for while, the price is reduced, but the game is as fun as when it was released. If you liked the first two games in the series you will love it on the PS4!
