I'm enjoying my new phone. It's easy to use and much faster than the lively jitterbug smartphone 4 that I had before. The only downside is my phone signal is low and I can't get it to connect to my wifi. But I think it's just a setting adjustment..

features I like are display quality, battery life, keep my old phone number, simple home features etc.

This cell phone is actually a TCL Made phone with propriety software labeled for seniors but is really more user friendly for all. I have many friends and family who purchase high end cellphones for hundreds of more dollars more and this phone does the same thing! This is a great, phone that beats them all for $120.00!

This is my second Lively Smartphone, so I definitely like the product. The employees of Best Buy helped me with a small technical glitch that I had during the activation of the phone. The phone is working well now!

The jitterbug 5 phone is my only phone. I love it. I had a jitterbug for previously. The Price is Right the features are great. I highly recommend this phone

A great instrument for seniors, full of very helpful functions. Not all of them are easy for seniors to learn however, if one spends time at it they become useful.

The display is laid out well for use by older seniors. The price for the phone was very affordable as well.

Bought this for my father and the interface is fantastic for his needs or anyone who wants a simple primary-text based interface (it also has small icons).

Seems to work well like the 4 I replaced. Aubrey did a great job setting it up for me and explaining what I needed to know operate it.

Very easy to use and set-up! Great 'How to Do' built in instructions! Fantastic camera! My only dislike is it don't fit in my shirt pocket after I added a really nice wallet case cover!

For the price and its intended function, the Smartt5 works fine. Just set your expectations in line with the performance level and build quality at this price point.

This phone is wonderful for individuals who are not tech savvy. Lively is easy to access for customer tech support along with any other questions you may have.

No more dropped calls, my jitterbug smart 3 kept dropping calls. more GB/storage with the new jitterbug smart 5.
