I'm enjoying my new phone. It's easy to use and much faster than the lively jitterbug smartphone 4 that I had before. The only downside is my phone signal is low and I can't get it to connect to my wifi. But I think it's just a setting adjustment..

features I like are display quality, battery life, keep my old phone number, simple home features etc.

To start out with, charging time is the quickest of any phone I have used before. Customer support with setup is top notch. Was able to port existing phone number within 24 hours. The best feature of the phone is the ease of use due to the large, well laid out tab style icons. Finally, Lively has offered a smart phone that is easy to use for seniors and anyone with challenged vision. What took so long?!

nice well built phone but one problem , when I went to my local B/B, they told me it is out of stock and to buy on line. which I did, and was also told to come in with it when it arrives, as they would (the store) would help me to set it up. Well that is not true , when I went back they said (the store) they do not help. I am a 88 year old senior and wanted this phone, But now after three weeks of trying to set it up on my own, I find it hard, as of now 20th of Oct, I am thinking of returning it and go back to my old phone. B/B did not help me at all. only directed me to on line, and then I was and am on my own, no help for seniors at B/B. be careful if you buy from them. as the clerks and staff are not helpful after the item is paid for and then you are on your own.

This cell phone is actually a TCL Made phone with propriety software labeled for seniors but is really more user friendly for all. I have many friends and family who purchase high end cellphones for hundreds of more dollars more and this phone does the same thing! This is a great, phone that beats them all for $120.00!

The large screen was great. The biggest problem was having a sales person at Best Buy who didn't know anything about the product and didn't care to know about it.

Purchased this for two senior citizens who needed an upgrade from their Jitterbug Smart 2s. The hold time for customer support to activate these and keep the telephone numbers was about 40 minutes, but the service was thorough and quick. The IMEI is conveniently placed on the back of each phone, easing the transfer. The phones are lightweight and similar enough to the Smart 2 that it was a good transition for the seniors. Glad to see the charger connection is now a USB-C style.

This is my second Lively Smartphone, so I definitely like the product. The employees of Best Buy helped me with a small technical glitch that I had during the activation of the phone. The phone is working well now!

The jitterbug 5 phone is my only phone. I love it. I had a jitterbug for previously. The Price is Right the features are great. I highly recommend this phone

A great instrument for seniors, full of very helpful functions. Not all of them are easy for seniors to learn however, if one spends time at it they become useful.

Very user friendly. Like the Voice Assistant feature.

The display is laid out well for use by older seniors. The price for the phone was very affordable as well.

Bought this for my father and the interface is fantastic for his needs or anyone who wants a simple primary-text based interface (it also has small icons).

Seems to work well like the 4 I replaced. Aubrey did a great job setting it up for me and explaining what I needed to know operate it.

I purchased the phone for my mom (87 yrs old), she had a older jitterbug, of course I had to set it up for her. This new phone seems easier and a little more user friendly, she loves her new phone!

It works much better than the 3rd generation that I had before!

Easier for my husband to use due to limited sight. Staff was very helpful and informative
