A: I lost my previous one, and when I purchased this one (btw - it was $20 less expensive through Best Buy than online through the LIvely website, and there was no charge for delivery since I picked it up). As far as I know, there was no additional charge to reactivate this new model. But my monthly charge is $49.00, as it was before, because I have the fall detection.
