Nothing but problems

I bought this as a gift for my grandfather and it’s been a nightmare. I’ve had to talk to customer support 3 to 4 times to get stuff fixed. Most of the time they don’t even know how to fix it and I end up figuring it out while they’re on the phone with me. For the amount of money spent on this there should be zero problems with it and into this day, it still doesn’t work correctly. It’s just a pile of junk.
