[Employee of bestbuy] I'm someone who loves gaming and mechanical rgb keyboards and have for a while, previous using razor and other cheaper gaming keyboard, I love the sound of them. But i absolutely type so much faster and easier on those of a laptop keyboard. When i first saw the original g915, I wanted one immediately, seeing as it was the best of both worlds, yet there was issues with the keys no longer working snd the key caps rubbing off. I'm happy to say this keyboard has given me none of those issues and has addressed them in the new release of the G915 X. I love how it sounds and feels and the wireless connectivity is incredibly easy to use and is so fast I questioned if I had it plugged in! It really is exactly what I want in a keyboard and has been a wonderful experience so far, very much worth the price for a keyboard I plan to use for a decade.

This keyboard has a notorious double typing issue, known as chatter. There are many, many people who have talked about this online. Logitech is even aware of the issue, but the support is absolutely horrendous. They want you to take a video with your phone of the issue occurring inside Notepad. The problem is that the issue is very infrequent, so this is very difficult to capture. Then they'll tell you the video isn't good enough. Even still, many people have had this keyboard replaced numerous times and the issue always comes back, as it is a serious design flaw. This company is being investegated by Migliaccio & Rathod (a law firm) for a class-action, that's how bad it is. I'm leaving this review because their support has been so awful in relation to this known issue.

Just got the Logitech G915 Pro mechanical keyboard from Best Buy and its been killer for both gaming and work stuff. Unboxed it and the build is premium right away aluminum top plate looks sleek brushed metal finish feels super solid on the desk no flex at all. The low profile GL switches I went with tactile ones are awesome short travel but still got that nice bump feedback typing feels fast and accurate without bottoming out hard like full height mech boards. Wireless LIGHTSPEED is lag free I havent noticed any delay in games even in fast shooters and battery lasts forever I charged it maybe once in two weeks of heavy use. RGB lighting is customizable through the app looks sick synced up with my setup and those media keys plus the volume wheel are handy for quick adjustments without alt tabbing. Had to get used to the low profile at first coming from taller keys but now it feels way more comfy for long sessions no wrist strain. Only minor thing is the price is steep but man if you want a clean wireless low profile board that performs like a pro this ones top tier. Super happy with it definitely worth grabbing if youre upgrading would buy again no hesitation.

I purchased this keyboard for my husband. He previously had the G910 and loved it, but some keys were starting to fall off, so I decided to upgrade him to this one and he absolutely loves it. The extra space is perfect for gaming on PC, and the features and RGB colors are amazing. It feels very comfortable, especially for men with bigger hands. If you’re looking to upgrade from a Logitech keyboard, this is definitely the next-level version. Highly recommended!

Best mechanical gaming keyboard. Expensive design, long battery and cool sound. I thought for a long time about blue switches or brown ones. I chose blue ones, maybe if I get tired of them, I’ll buy brown ones someday. I recommend this keyboard to you, better from HyperX or Razer

[Employee of bestbuy] I've had this for almost two months now, and I absolutely love it! The sound quality is fantastic, and the feel on my fingers is just perfect. It's a must-buy!

Great keyboard that's an affordable mechanical with tactile and audible switches. The business-class ones w/o the frills have a higher cost. I don't expect these to last forever like an old AT keyboard of the late 80s but if you keep them clean they should last some time.

Amazing feel. I play controller so I don't really use this for gaming as much as an office keyboard. That said, the macro buttons are awesome, volume roller gets use everyday, key travel is just right, and the sound when typing is super satisfying. Top quality product here, would definitely recommend.

I bought a Razer orange switch keyboard originally. Felt and sounded great, but there was one key that made a metallic clicky noise that was pretty annoying (my t key). It was too loud for my taste as well, but the t key was probably just one defective key. Because of that, I decided to return it and opt for this Logitech keyboard. It is FANTASTIC. Clicky, you feel the tactile press, but it isn’t as loud as Razer keyboards. I love it!

Bought it for the wife on mothers day. She wanted a keyboard based on noise and backlighting. This keyboard knocked it out of the park. Noise is perfect and the options on backlighting colors is endless.

I am going to type this review with the text as your evidence that thiss keyboard has a known issue of double typing. It comes and goes verry often and its not avoidable. I tried software fixess and now i am going to try returning it and getting my money back. I honestly love the keyboard but hate it because of this issue.

I love my OG G915, but this is better in every way. Tighter keys, better looks, and higher end materials.

Had one for years. When it got wore out from excessive gaming just bought the same one. You won’t be disappointed

Bought for my son for Christmas , I hope it’s a winner since he was wanting a new gaming keyboard. Will have to come back to let everyone know how well it works for him . Will repost on the out come

[Employee of bestbuy] The keyboard sounds fantastic, feels fantastic, is fantastic.

Second purchase of this keyboard. Left first keyboard at an Airbnb so I know they were happy to find it. I would recommend this product to any gamer.

Love it. The Lightspeed is fabulous. Great Clicky keys

I saw the reviews about this keyboard double tapping and I thought maybe that was an earlier run of the keyboard. No, it affected mine as well. This keyboard is trash. Buy another.

Love the clickyness of the keyboard highly recommend

The original G915 version was my favorite keyboard. It had keys fail after daily use after about a year and a half. This one had keys double typing out of the box. Unclear if it was firmware or construction, but this is an issue if you do some research.
