I've had mine for almost two weeks and it works perfectly. Keys feel really nice, volume control wheel feels really good, and it has a button to disable the windows key so you don't accidentally tab out while playing games. It's also pretty light but won't be sliding around anywhere. All that is cool but my two favorite things are the battery life and the software. At a full charge this thing can last around 115 hours and that's assuming that you don't give it time to breathe. The Logitech software is really simple to use, it's fast and doesn't show you things you don't care about, and mapping buttons is really straight forward. You can also set different profiles for different games so you don't have to manually change keybinds numerous times in different games.

TL;DR? Double-tapping experienced on two different keyboards. I wanted to love this keyboard so much that I purchased it TWICE. The way the keys feel? Immaculate. Sound? They're so quiet that I can game without disturbing anyone sleeping near me. Are the keys fluid? Like butter, they're incredibly smooth. Top this all off with the addition of the macro G keys being within pinky reach, and the low profile of the keyboard itself, and I thought I had finally found a replacement for the G510 that Logitech stopped producing. There is one major flaw in this keyboard, and I had hoped that I had just gotten a "bad batch" when I first purchased the G915X: this keyboard repeats keys. You press a key once, and it doubles the input. When I sneeze, I end up sneezing anywhere from three to five times in a row, so being able to mute myself quickly is an absolute must when I'm gaming. It doesn't matter how much your friends or partner adore you, if you're taking over coms with elephant sneezes, they're gonna tell you to be quiet so that they can hear what is going on. If it were just ONE key that was affected, I would learn to live with it, but every single key falls victim to the double-taping. Other reviews across various websites, such as Logitech, Best Buy, Amazon, and Reddit sub-threads, also express this problem. This issue has not been solved since the keyboard's initial release in September 2024. I absolutely hate that this is a problem with this keyboard because, as I mentioned before, I thought that the G915 was going to be my new G510, a keyboard that had EIGHTEEN G Macro keys. If you're not familiar with the G510 I can understand that having 18 additional keys sounds like a lot, but it absolutely changed how I played MMO's. But this review isn't about the numerical difference of G keys. I'm rating this keyboard a 2/5 because of the other features previously mentioned, but this keyboard does not get anything higher than that from me. The double-tapping is annoying to deal with both in and out of gaming, and for a piece of equipment that is marketed at $250.00 retail, I EXPECT it to perform the most basic of functions correctly: TYPING.

Everything about the keyboard feels good. The weight, the feel of the key presses(tactile). The on/off button feels solid. I realllllly wish they would have made the usb-c cord braided or woven but so far thats my only complaint. Wasn’t sure if i’d enjoy the volume wheel but i do. To be fair I’m not a keyboard enthusiast. I’m upgrading from a low end 09 logitech keyboard and mouse combo. I like that i can hold down the brightness adjuster for the rgb lighs and cycle through preset colors by tapping the number 1 key. Vs being forced to use ghub. (Although i’ll likely use the hub to make a preset because if you don’t continue to type, the keyboard will go back to a demo mode). Thats as far as I’ve gotten with the G915X.

Good solid, near silent keyboard. Love the easy volume adjust and the RGB light settings are pretty cool! Love the shallow quiet key press. Great overall purchase.

Keyboard feels amazing, i upgraded from the original g915 lightspeed, and the new switches and keycaps are phenomenal. The ui was changed in the app so it took a while to get used to, but it works well.

It’s a very good keyboard but I did struggle a little with the settings for gaming, there was a game where the keyboard would turn off the lights while gaming but it was able to be changed in the settings. Another thing to note is that if your coming from a keyboard that is able to be angled up you might have to add something to the feet of this keyboard to make it angle up higher

This keyboard looks amazing, especially with the customization, but that's not the case with this keyboard. Normally, I praise Logitech for their keyboards; however, this has got to be the worst piece of garbage to ever come from the company. I can not tell you the number of times I would get a phantom double stroke on a key (Typically the a, j, and h keys). Typing in a password is an absolute nightmare. After 5 password attempts, and seeing phantom keystrokes appear, I sent this keyboard to Valhalla by dropping a 30lbs dumbbell on it and swiftly pulled out my MX Keys model (Old Reliable), came here to write this review. DO NOT BUY THIS KEYBOARD! There are better and cheaper options out there. I've had my MX Keys for 4 years, and never had a problem with it. I only replaced it because I wanted a stylish keyboard to match my G502 Hero Mouse. Thanks to whoever at Logitech for letting this G915 X Lightspeed blow right past the Quality Assurance department. Now to pick up all the loose keys. Money well spent, I guess.

I love this keyboard. It is the most responsive, fastest and best keyboard I have ever had. I bought the keyboard, mouse and a new Asus G14 laptop. This is the best system ever!I love the speaker volume roller - it’s super convenient. The rechargeable battery is a game changer!

This is a really great keyboard. I will do my best to write a review that addresses any concerns or questions a counsumer like myself may have to help make your decision on whats best for you. TLDR; Great low profile keyboard with a justifyable pricetag. I will break down my unboxing and usage experience as best I could. First off, the item is packaged very well, it has a nice looking box, and there are satisfying moments as soon as you open the package. The board is heavy! You can feel its heft immediatly and you can tell this is unlike any other keyboard you've used in the past if you havent bought a $200+ keyboard before. The full aluminum frame is very attractive and it has a nice brushed finish. The flip down feet at the top corners of the rear of the keyboard can give you a slight pitch, if that is what you prefer. Keys The keys feel like they are made of the same material, but they may be plastic. The tactile keys have a slight click when pushed in which you can hear and feel. Its worth noting here this is not a particularly loud click and the feel is miniscule as well. If you are looking for a silent press, this is not that keyboard nor is it a loud keyboard if you want that, either. Lighting The lighting of the keys is superb. It is bright and clear. To adjust the colors use the G Hub app. It's a very easy app to use and really well designed. The app has several preset effects like most RBG do nowadays (i.e. rainbow) and there are a few Logitech only settings. I like the ease of use, and per key lighting assignment is dope! The G logo in the top left gives a nice design touch to it. I normally do not like logos on things but it looks good up there and you can easily change that light or have it match the rest of your board. Auxillary keys The most useful key here, in my opinion, is the "Game mode" (joystick looking) key. This will disable the Windows key so you will never minimize your game when you have a missed keystroke! With this key, in the app, you can assign any other keys to disable when engaged as well. The G keys are essentially F1-9 and they are changed from default in the app as well. The media control keys are self explanitory, as are the other round keys, and the volume wheel is large, responsive and has the same premium feel the entire keyboard has, as well. The round keys are a rubber or silicone with a slight concave feel, also nice. Battery and connectivity I've had no issues with either of these thus far. It is worth noting I do occasionally charge the board, before the battery status goes low. Also I have only used the lightspeed connection and my keyboard is less than 2 feet away from my micro PC. Battery status is displayed in the app, and the connectivity is shown there as well. App One of the better designed apps i've used for this sort of thing. You can tell they put a lot of time into this to make your experience as easy and pleasant as possible. Complaints I really only have one, and its a personal thing. This is a low profile keyboard. The keys are also low profile and they have like a flat feel to them. If you use low pro keybaords this is a non issue. However, if you are like myself and have only used standard style keyboards in the past it will take some getting used to. Summary This is an expensive keyboard, you don't need me to tell you that. I will tell you that the pricetag is fair because of the feel and finish of this item. You immediately feel a difference if you've never used a high end keyboard before, like myself. That being said it wont make you any better at gaming, and will not improve your typing. As far as I am concerned, no keyboard can do that. It will 100% improve your experience and satisfaction while using it, though. If you can swing it financially to splurge on this luxury item, then go for it. If not there are many keyboards that perform the same basic funtions for much less. I hope this review helps if you are on the fence or just browsing.

I absolutely love the Logitech G915 X LIGHTSPEED. The wireless performance is incredibly fast and reliable, and it feels just as responsive as a wired keyboard. The low-profile mechanical switches feel great to type on and make both gaming and everyday work really comfortable. The keyboard itself feels very premium with the aluminum top plate and durable PBT keycaps, and the RGB lighting looks great without being over the top. Battery life has also been excellent, and the dedicated media controls and volume wheel are a nice bonus. Overall, this is one of the best keyboards I’ve owned. It’s thin, solidly built, and performs flawlessly whether I’m gaming or working. If you want a high-end wireless mechanical keyboard, this one is absolutely worth it.

The Gold standard for a keyboard - perfect clicks, RGB lighting, super fast no delay easy setup, I actually purchased the keyboard without the numbers on it - ended up exchanging it for the 10 key. No regrets Logitech is always an excellent choice.

This keyboard was a replacement for a previous unit that developed a double typing issue, so I was a little cautious going into it. So far, though, this one has been working well and has not shown the same problem. I really like the overall feel of the keyboard. The GL Brown tactile switches feel good for both typing and gaming, and the wireless performance has been smooth and reliable. It also looks premium, and the RGB backlighting gives it a clean, high-end look without being too much. My only hesitation is that I am still watching to see how it holds up over time because of my experience with the earlier unit. For now, though, it is doing exactly what I wanted and has been a solid replacement.

I was actually looking for a smaller keyboard without the number pad but loved the feel and sound of the keys compared to the rest. And it was on sale, so that was a plus. The only downside for me is that it goes into Sleep mode after a few minutes without input and the lights turn off so can't see what keys I'm pressing.

My last keyboard lasted me about 7 years and I was having a hard time finding a new one, after countless hours research and reading reviews, I'm happy with my choice to buy the G915 X Lightspeed Wireless Keyboard. Battery life last a long time, the small profile is great, doesn't take to much space like some other keyboards, material feels nice and sturdy, not some cheap plastic feel, the keys are not loud at all which I did hear a lot with my old keyboard. Overall I would recommend this keyboard to anyone looking for a well made and low profile for gaming and everyday!!
