Good but not worth the price.

Solid and responsive keyboard. Sits very low. Need getting use to. Pairing is as easy as plugging in the usb dongle. No software to deal with unless you want to use G Hub play with the colors. As good as it is, it's not worth $200 retail. Wait till it goes on sale.

The Logitech G915 X LIGHTSPEED TKL is an outstanding low-profile mechanical keyboard. The LIGHTSPEED wireless connection is fast and reliable with no noticeable lag, and battery life is excellent even with RGB on. The keys feel crisp, responsive, and quiet enough for everyday use. Build quality is premium with a sleek aluminum finish, and the TKL layout saves desk space without sacrificing functionality. Great for both gaming and productivity. Highly recommended.

Premium Keyboard for Premium Price

Keyboard feels premium and there's significantly less backlight bleed than I'm used to on my Corsair keyboards. Some people complain that the rubber buttons on the top feel cheap but they don't bother me at all and I actually like them too. I tried all 3 key types and settled on linear. It was hard to part with tactile but coming from a linear switch it was more "normal" to me. I'll provide some thoughts on each key type below for those interested. I tried each over a course of a few days and had them side-by-side as well. Clicky: Very, very fun typing experience. Not as loud as MX blues. They do feel a bit mushy after awhile because of the key travel after the press. If you think the clicking will annoy you, I highly recommend NOT choosing these switches. Tactile: Middle ground between linear and clicky. They are probably quieter than linear and do have a nice feel. While they don't have the satisfying "click" of the clicky switches they feel less mushy and also feel smoother than the clicky switches. I had a hard time parting with these even after trying the linear. Linear; Smooth as butter. They feel similar to tactile but without any "click" or feedback. I think these might be a bit louder than tactile if you thump the keys all the way down. I find that I have less mis-presses with these linear switches than Corsair keyboards and I attribute it to the texture and shape of the keycaps. I don't think you can go wrong with any of these options, but I would recommend tactile or linear if your setup is a mix between office and gaming use. One final note - this is my first TKL keyboard. I've been used to full-sized my whole life and thought I would miss the numpad. I don't miss it at all, and I find the TKL is more ergonomically friendly as well. I HIGHLY recommend this keyboard!

Great Keyboard

Very fun keyboard to use. I like the echo press feature. The RGB lights work great. I keep it plugged in so I am not really sure about battery life. The software could be a little better but it is manageable.

Great form factor and feel

Admittedly, this is my first "nice" keyboard, so maybe I don't know what I'm missing, but I love this thing. I tried both this and the Pro X TKL in store because I wasn't sure if I'd like the low profile of the 915x. They're both nice and I was still hard pressed to decide, but I started out wanting the 915x and still liked it. I got the tactile switches; they are still a little more "clicky" than I was expecting. Not mad about it. I would be interested in trying the linear switches to see if they feel mushy, but I kinda wanted a little aural feedback. It has a nice mass and solid feel; sometimes I fear for the keys on account of them being exposed on the bottom. Overall, super cool product, really dig the volume roller and media keys.

Double Typing

Loved the original G915 tactile TKL with the exception of the keycaps so I sold it about a year into owning it. Couldn't wait to try the new G915x tactile TKL as it added usb c and better keycaps. With the exception of the G515 which adds sound dampening, the G915 is hand down the better feeling keyboard of the low profile gaming keyboards I've tried (razer, redragon). Unfortunately, I developed a double typing issue, mostly on "d" and periodically "s". Happened about 2 months into owning it and it's past the return window so have to go through Logitech to hopefully get a replacement. As much as I love the typing and feeling of this keyboard, it really doesn't add anything special that's not already out there and it's too expensive a keyboard to be failing this early into owning it. Hoping I can update this review if I'm able to get a replacement from Logitech.

Loving my new keyboard!

I originally have the full version of this keyboard, and I loved it, but it was to long for my desk. This model feels even better. The customizations may be a little intimidating, but I think it's worth it.

The keycaps and switches are a huge upgrade, also USB was a MUST addition, if you want a low profile or want to upgrade from G915 i do recommend

Nice but with major flaws

Very nice in terms of design and materials. With a few crucial flaws. The lights will turn off when you pause using it, rendering it useless. This can be controlled with GHUB software but it’s severely annoying. The keys are black and invisible without the lights. Every Logitech keyboard I’ve owned stops connecting to its dongle at some point, forcing you to pair it directly to Windows. This is a huge problem because then you won’t be able to use it troubleshooting to enter your BIOS and the lights will be dark during startup when trying to type a password. Logitech support is not available 24/7 when this stops working after hours.

The Switches feel very standard which is amazing with this very thin layout, the ergonomics are amazing, Im only giving it a 4 star due to it not being customizable due to the switches not being hot swappable. Otherwise I love this keyboard
