Logitech makes great products, but their remotes don't last last more than a year. Poor build quality, wears out fast. I keep buying because the product is great, remember to get the extended warranty, I've used it 3 times already, pays for itself!!! This time the buttons are wearing out, had this only 7 most. YOU WILL NEED IT. Nuff said.......

This is great. I bought an extra one just in case, but these survive a ton of drops and other abuse. Controls nearly everything we own. (Except for Playstations.)

I have had one for my room for a while and it was perfect. I brought the more expensive harmony remote with all that control you thermostat stuff for the living room. I ended up taking it back because I did not have all that other stuff to control and I brought another one of these. Works perfect, Have a Samsung TV, directv cable box and Onkyo receiver. Controls everything great at once. Even smart setting bring up the Netflix, Hulu etc. If it is ever out of sync the help button will get you back in place. Easy to set up with model numbers. For me this was great and inexpensive to control all my entertainment devices at once. The one I have for my room even controls the soundbar.

Love this remote, easy to use and creat multiple setups to use in different rooms.

This is a replacement for an older model which lasted more than 15-years and it probably would have lasted longer if it were not for butterfingers. This model provides several additional functions that allow us to replace other remotes such as our Roku service. I am disappointed that this model seems to loose its functionality on a regular basis, causing us to remove and reinstall the batteries several times a day.

I've had Harmony remotes for 10+ years, and this is the third one of this model that I've had. (They're durable, but I'm clumsy. Spill a drink in one of them and crushed another when my desk fell on it!) Whenever I visit someone's house and they have multiple remotes, I always say, "You should get a Harmony!" They're very easy to set up. Just go online and choose the components in your home setup (brand & model of TV, DVR, receiver, cable box, etc.) and Harmony does the rest. When it's done syncing your settings, you then have JUST ONE remote to control everything! You can even program many of the buttons and define what shows up on the screen. For example, "Watch Roku" or "Watch TV." It saves lots of frustration for everyone.

Universal remote has been solid so far but does take some time to get use to but once you understand it is fairly easy to use. A negative I have is if I have a new tv then I would have to connect it to a computer or laptop to change it. I wish there was a option to do it on the remote itself. Another negative is the durability is not good at all. I have not had the remote for five months and the numbers and other buttons the symbols are rubbing off. I would avoid this remote if possible. If other Harmony remotes are more durable I would choose those. But it is a solid option if you need one immediately and for short term then this a great performer.

I bought this, looking to consolidate remotes. Excellent product and very easy setup online. Definitely recommend this.

Setup is slightly annoying because you must open an account with Harmony. The Navigation buttons are responsive most of the time (left and right). I'd love to customize a remote so I don't have to switch between devices. The nomenclature of the top buttons is in a subdued color and difficult to see against the black background. I don't need to be forced into a tutorial, opt out please! The "Exit" button should take me out of those kind of things IMMEDIATELY. It's frustrating to get stuck into the internal menus (when my 3 yr old gets hold of it).

I have tried countless different universal remotes to try and find one that works with an old Onkyo receiver i own until I purchased this remote I had zero luck. This remote literally works for everything I highly recommend it!

I have been purchasing Logitech remotes since 2009. They are really Universal remotes (except with Bluetooth operated devices). Well, this time I decided to attempt to add my Amazon Fire TV to my Logitech Universal Remote Using a Flirc accessory from Amazon and it worked!!!!!… could not be happier.

Nice remote control device. Needed Geek Squad to set up with their laptop. Device has tied all my components together so i only need this one remote. Only issue is going from cable to internet i need to turn off TV and turn back on in watch smart tv mode. Overall i like this remote....

I needed a replacement for my universal remote. Having previous experience with Logitech, I decided to check out new products in the Harmony line. The 665 filled all our needs. It's easy to set up macros in the Harmony Desktop and sync to the remote. It has all the functions that you need in a package that is very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Got sick of using three remotes to manage my TV, my soundbar, and my cable / premium channels. Asked the BestBuy sales tech to walk me through a few of the various universal remotes available. The Logitech 665 was perfect for me. It handles all of my devices and I'm able to separate many into single-button function keys. Its the right amount of sophistication for my needs but simple to program and simple to use. Thanks to the BestBuy tech who recommended it and its a great choice.

Replaced Harmony 650 with 665. The 650 was working ok, but more difficult than was necessary. The 665 made using a universal remote feel “universal”. All finctions (start, pause, backup, etc) are much improved over the 650. Depending on the number of functions you put on the 665, you may need Geek squad assistance with programming for you use.

It controls my TV, my home theater and other components. I have a Samsung Smart TV and am able to control all of it including the apps from this remote. Easy to program.

This remote takes all of the complicated programming away making this easier for the most novice home theater user and this is literally the only remote you need for all of your tv and electronics

Best Buy wanted us to pay $99 to come out and set up this remote. We decided to do it ourselves but haven't succeeded yet. I feel confident that this product will make TV viewing much more enjoyable.

The best thing since sliced bread, I love not having to scrounge around for each individual remotes,. Controls my TV, Roku, DVD, and Spectrum Cable Box.

Being able to access all components of my home theatre with one remote is so much better than having to maintain and use individual remotes!
