I attempted to buy one from the manufacturer, but they got my address wrong. So I made a Chargeback Dispute and got my money back. I got one at Best Buy on a bigger discount than they were even offering. Afterward, they wanted me to reverse my chargeback dispute and gave me a free one as a pokerchip. Many sources say I should stick to my guns and protect my money. As for the robots, these two sisters are adorable. Best purchase of my life, however strange the circumstances.

We love the Loona petbot, it's become much more than a toy; my kids are treating like a member of the family. The kids are completely obsessed with the dog's personality and how it reacts to them. The voice recognition and cute gestures make interacting with it fun for hours. The girls love playing games with it and just watching it roam around the house. Very impressive technology and a unique way to add a companion to the house. I highly would recommend this product for anyone who's interested. Was worth the money

I don't know how entertaining this would be for an adult but it is awesome for kiddos. Works great and is a definite favorite. The kids can neglect it when they are busy, go on vacation and not worry, and interact with it when they want a little pet type companion. If they get bored with having a pet, it is forever waiting for their return without anyone worrying about it being fed or watered or cuddled. Perfect.

Great robot toy. You have to look at it and speak loud. Besides that it’s terrific very interactive great games. My son loves it

So far so good got a learning curve to go, but it seems like it’s gonna be a really good product and fun to mess with

I bought the Loona robot on January 21 for my son, and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. After about a month of use, the robot suddenly stopped turning on. My son really loved the robot and was very excited about it, so he was heartbroken when it stopped working. It’s frustrating because the product is still very new and should not stop working after such a short time. I have tried contacting customer service for help, but they have not responded. I hope the company improves both the quality of the product and their customer support.
