This camera is better than our last one, and was easy enough to wire in. The picture quality is great, the only thing negative I have to say about it, is that at night it has reflection from its own light from between the cover and the lens, and so there are light blur along the bottom. It doesn't seem to matter too much, doesn't affect the view or function of the camera, it is just a personal irritation. I would recommend this product to others that want security, within budget, and within your control to patrol your own property.

Great camera! High resolution! Clear image!. The motion sensitivity is alittle annoying but with proper adjustment im sure i wont keep getting notifications from vehicles passing by. The app is very easy to use and the convenience of adding another user is great especially for the times that i cant see the live footage.

Camera provides a good picture and is easy to set up. Camera is very responsive and there is not much delay in video or audio. Only con is setting the field of activity. Wish that it be set up with an actual view rather then a percentage and guessing.

Hard to adjust sensitivity setting. Even on lowest, it can alert to shadows. Other than that, picture quality is great and we haven’t had any issues otherwise

Mounted and wired in fairly easily. Chime adapter easy to install as well. Have had difficulty adjusting range and sensitivity settings to prevent nuisance alerts from vehicles on street in front of house passing by. Doorbell would not reconnect on its own after a recent power outage. Had to dismount doorbell and access reset button to get back into service. Not completely dissatisfied but not happy either.

Bought this to add to a lorex HD cam i installed on my garage. Integrates nicely with the camera and the app. Reason for 2 star review is because after 4 months, the product caused my doorbell chime to lock up, and it actually overheated. Spent hours on the phone with lorex support asking for replacement under the 1 year warranty. They wanted video of the issue which i couldnt provide because i had to uninstall the dorr bell and chime and install a new basic doorbell and chime. So i sent them pictures that they requested and now i dont get a response.

Awesome value! No monthly subscription fees as this device records onto a micro SD card. Easy installation and configuration.

Good Product. Only issue is that I would have liked to get a set of new cctv cameras for my home but they are no longer available

It work just as good as Ring doorbell camera the greatest thing I like about it there's no subscription fee.

I have an odd door frame, so it was a little difficult to install, but I like how well it functions. Paired with a Lorex camera system it is awesome. It got 4 stars because its big and ugly, but which camera doorbell isnt?

Purchased due to a Porch Pirate incident.....since having it, no incidents have occured

Its all right just wish it would record more and had were you could record all the time too, sound not great either.

Integrates great with my existing system do wish I had the 4K unit though
