Super Convenient

This is a great product period it was easy to install period the app setup was a little bit more tricky, but after getting the proper help with it, I was able to set up the lock and it has been such a convenience period I highly recommend this product to anyone.That is looking for a smart lock period I got it at a great price.And I have recommended to several of my friends and family members period.

Not an easy lock to install

Nice unit but had a lot of difficulty connecting to Bluetooth. Also, the connector wire is so tiny and hard to plug in. Don’t understand why they make the customer deal with such items. I was so fed up at one point, I almost returned the unit. Finally got the Bluetooth to work with another phone.

It was easy to install, easy app to set the PIN number. I was tempted to buy another one for my back door. It is very convenient for a single parent with a teenager that is always losing keys. I definitely recommend.

Wish it had wifi but works good as it is. Wish bluetooth signal was stronger for distance.

We replaced a lock on our door with this so the holes were already there. It matched up perfectly. Easy to program as well.
