Lumines is a great series, and the remaster of the original PSP game for Switch is no exception. The introduction of HD rumble means there are some crazy gimmicks (up to 8 controller rumble!) but the core gameplay is just as tight as ever and the fan favorite songs come back in full force. Definitely recommend.

I dumped hundreds of mindlessly fun hours of gameplay into this back when it came out on the PSP. I was so excited to relive the experience on my switch. I absolutely love it.

This game is an action puzzle game. The object is to match four small squares of one color into a bigger square to make them disappear. The graphics are nice. And the music is catchy even though it repeats a lot. The controls are easy to learn. It has several game modes. It also can be played with a friend. Overall a fun puzzle game that has a lot of replay value.

This game is absolutely awesome if you love Tetris. I haven't been sucked into a puzzle game in a long time but this game grabbed me right away. It's pretty challenging but it's so much fun keep doing another run to try to get to level 100. If you are a fan of fast paced puzzle game you should definitely give this a shot!

First played this on the PSP, and in various other incarnations throughout the years - the remastered version on the Switch may be one of the better released of Lumines. The music is great, the gameplay can be both exciting and relaxing at times - but if you like puzzlers - you can't go wrong here.

I remember buying the original on release date on the PSP platform. It was unique at the time with thumping music and having to clear rows of block like Tetris. Having passed on the PS4 release I decided to pick this for Switch. If your into music and puzzles, give this a try.

As a super simple puzzle game remastered with HD visuals, this game is just as wonderful as it was when it dropped for the PSP. You can easily sink numerous hours into this game without noticing, and the music really gets stuck in your head.

This is a very addicting puzzle game that has great music. I thought for the price it had a lot of options and with the great multi player it will keep you busy for years. Great game to undock and just play in bed before sleep too!

The original Lumines was one of those games that people purchased systems for. It was that much fun. This remastered edition is everything you love about the original game, amplified and expanded upon with updated graphics, new music and additional gameplay modes. Worthy of a pickup.

Very fun puzzle game like Tetris to have on a portable gaming system Like Tetris, you align dropping blocks and make them disappear to get a high score. You keep playing until you can't make any more moves: last block/piece placed overfills the top Unlike Tetris you match colors to make squares. Matching blocks of 4+disappear when the timeline/highlighter sweep over the area. Gameplay is simple, but fun. replay value to high for those who are into high scores and getting unlocks. Very good game to have when bored when out and about.

I played the original many years ago on the PSP. This updated version is even better. Awesome soundtrack, easy to play for hours on end!

This game is not for all game players. It's very fun but challenging. I love puzzle games and this I really enjoy.

Cover was slightly ripped. But other than that, it was of decent quality. Definitely should put more care into the shipping though.

A great puzzle game with good music and a great challenge. I lose track of time playing this game. If you need something to play on a trip you can't do much better.
