Good looks but not comfy

The chair looked very nice, but when my wife sat on it, she said it was very uncomfortable. She said the back part of the chair leaned forward too much. We both did not like the fact that when we sat on it,it lowered about 1/4" without even lifting the handle to lower it!!! It was not supposed to work that way!!!

After 3 month use, not quite frequently sit on it. It is no longer support the weight. I am only 170 lb.
