Purchased new/received "open box"

I purchase a brand new Lynx burner and you delivered me an "open box" item that was scratched as if it was installed somewhere previously and re-boxed. We made the necessary notes on the delivery receipt, but nobody from BB contacted us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
