Great computer. Works perfectly. The battery lasts for days

I purchased this product around 1 month and a half and I can say it is totally worth it, it came with its charger and cable, the device has no marks at all and to be honest this is the best price I’ve seen for this, considering its storage, if you’re looking to get a laptop for the regular use, and still want a good design, this is the best one

My MacBook Air M2 came in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations! Best Buy Geek Refurbished is the way to go for a refurbished MacBook with no issues or physical blemishes

Great device, and an even better addition to your Apple collection. Definitely a top tier laptop. 10/10 would recommend!

Everything is fine, the MacBook is in perfect condition and everything works correctly, except that at the time of purchase the product said it was 512g and when I received it the box was also marked as having 512g of storage but the computer only had 256g, I called customer service a couple of times and went to the office once and they only told me they couldn't help me and they couldn't resolve anything for me, the truth is it's unfair that they offer you something with a certain memory capacity and give you something with less capacity and nobody can do anything to help you about it

Great so far. no issues. no problem with keyboard and connectivity

The macbook said it will come with 10core gpu and 512gb ssd but there is no 512gb or 10 core gpu. Trying to scam people with wrong specs.

The brand new maxbook air is only $20 more. They mark up the refurbished and offer a bigger discount, while zooming in on the photo of the refurbished and zooming out on the new mac book air. I cant wait to return my macbook once it gets delivered. Best buy customer care also did nothing about it. Did not care. Last time using best buy. Why would anyone want a refurbished macbook over a brand new one?

Hey first off I was surprised that this laptop was in immaculate condition and came in the state of the art protective casing that it was shipped in as well as the shipping speed! Second, the laptop was charged and ready to go once I opened the box! If you are a Mac owner then you know that Christmas day feeling you get once you finally get all of your info transferred onto it! I now know that Best Buy is the Official place to get anything Apple for a reasonable price! I did my research before purchasing and also compared pricing and Best Buy couldn't be beat! The mac performs very well and I never miss a message now! Battery life is great especially for those who are always moving around!

My daughter absolutely loves her refurbished MacBook! She has no issues with it and we got it way cheaper than a brand new MacBook. Looks new and works like a charm so we don’t regret our purchase at all. Display is stunning and battery life is comparable to iPhone battery life.

Got thus for my daughter for her birthday! She got it all set up very quickly. Was easy to connect her phone and set up. Works great without any issues.

Well my 10 yr old Toshiba laptop was done and I needed a new laptop. Since i have already purchased a refurbished iPhone and iPad from Best Buy I decided to go with a refurbished MacBook. No regrets, I love this machine. It is beautiful, fast, easy to use.

Works good No scratches Good price Good price Happy

I recommend Geek Squad refurbished items. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Battery cycle is also quite good. Only 72 cycles. I saved couple hundred dollars with this purchase.

so far it works really well and faster than my old laptop. Has a really good battery life when just using firefox and lite small games

I absolutely love my macbook. I was in need of a new laptop and was hesitate at first to purchase a refurbished device as I have never before, but I was more then pleasantly surprised. I use this laptop for everything, school, work, browsing and have not run into any issues what so ever. I will definitely come back to Best Buy with my technology needs. I have also recommend best buy to many friends and family members that have been interested in specific technologies. Overall, great device and I am happy with my purchase.

The ordering process was simple, clear, and professional from start to finish. The MacBook arrived well-packaged, on time, and in excellent condition. Honestly, the device looks and performs almost like new, exceeding my expectations for a refurbished product. The website provided accurate information about the product’s condition, and there were no surprises upon delivery. The MacBook works perfectly, with excellent battery life, smooth performance, and a premium appearance.

I got this laptop for college and It’s the best laptop I’ve ever had. It’s fast, efficient, and is very lightweight. The battery lasts for days and it’s very convenient to take on trips because it gets service through my phone. The only issue I’ve had is that the caps lock button has been a little sticky at times but it’s an easy fix. Highly recommend!

Coming from Windows, the Mac takes some getting used to. Online Word/Excel are a pain. The product quality seems great. Battery is excellent and no scratches.

+ Perfecr cosmetic condition + Works well - Battery health is in the low 80s
