A: No good luck. I didn't get the digital download early since I bought in store it has been a nightmare. Needless to say I called Microsoft and EA and what a absolute hassle! I was told by both it was a "Best Buy" issue and they would not help me. The only thing I can say is you will have to get ahold of EA and hopefully they can help you. My story is different because I never got the code and when I did it didn't work so I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and good luck.

A: Honestly probably after the game actually comes out. Spent extra money for early access and still haven’t gotten anything even when I went to the store. Customer service on the phone is completely terrible and this will be the first and last time I preorder from them
