The Lawnmower 4.0 Pro delivers exactly what it promises. Without getting into unnecessary detail, it provides a safe, smooth, and well-groomed experience. I was initially on the fence about this product, but it has proven to be a worthwhile purchase. The device is very easy to use, and the built-in light is a thoughtful addition, especially when working in more sensitive areas. Overall, it offers good value and has exceeded my expectations.

Um, I’m on the fence. I feel like at this price you should be able to mow your grass and trim your beard to barber perfection. This is almost a bullet proof #1 guard grass mower. Not even self propelled. If I hadn’t know where it had been, I’d probably taken it back and find a barbering kit. But, if you are reckless and hair as a Henderson, you need this. Didn’t do much for the beard (pic).

Easy to hold, as safe to use as possible, and comes with an assortment of potions and lotions to keep things calm, cool and inoffensive. The Lawn Mower 4.0 Pro has a great design and thoughtful features to make your trimming ritual easier and more comfortable. Highlights: * Can charge on a wireless pad (takes longer) or via USB-C (faster charge). * USB-C charging port is on top so can lay flat while charging. * Easy to hold and navigate around the boys. * Long battery life. * Useful light. * Travel mode keeps it from turning on accidentally. * Waterproof during use and cleaning. Room for Improvement: * Comes with a few accessories but no case to keep them in. Setup: My sample’s built-in battery came mostly charged, but I dropped in on a wireless charging pad to top it up anyway. That took a while for the last status light to finish, but it was easy to do and convenient to grab when it was done charging. You can also charge it with a USB-C cable and adapter (both supplied) for a faster charge if you don’t mind dealing with cables. While you can’t use it if plugged in, a quick charge gets you enough power to do one mowing session. Depending on how much trimming you want to do, you can either use one of the two provided guards or use neither for a close trim. The guards are easy to slide on and off but remain securely in place while mowing. This Refined kit also includes full-size bottles of the Crop Preserver (ball deodorant), Crop Soother (aftershave lotion) and Crop Reviver (toner). None of this stuff is used before or while trimming and is all for after the main job is done. Usage: The Lawn Mower can be used wet or dry. I find it easier to use when dry because it’s best to use on taut skin, and wet skin isn’t as easy to keep taut. Depending on how much of a trim you want for the a particular area, either slide on one of the two provided guards or use it without any. The provided guards are not adjustable. To reduce the chance of getting nicked, pull the skin taut and go slowly and with the grain. Some areas are easier than others to mow, but overall it’s not difficult once you get the hang of it. The built-in light works well and doesn’t seem to drain the battery much - you can still get about an hour’s use on a full charge. Once nice feature is that if you have the light on before turning the trimmer off, it’ll remember that and turn the light on again for you when you start trimming again. Since I prefer to trim while dry, I don’t use any product before or during, but the Crop Soother helps keep the lawn comfy after. I don’t have any need for the Crop Preserver on the regular, but tried it anyway. It works as advertised but I don’t think I’ll be buying more of it or the Reviver. There are two buttons and a small LED status display. The buttons are flush and easy to press but not so much so that they are easily pressed accidentally. The main button turns the trimmer on or off with a single press each. Tap the smaller button while the trimmer is on to turn the light on or off. If the trimmer is off, press and hold the smaller button to turn the travel lock on or off. The status lights animate toward the trimmer head to indicate the travel lock is on, or animate away from the trimmer head to indicate that the lock is off. When locked, the trimmer won’t accidentally turn on if the main button is pressed like when in a gym bag, suitcase, etc… The shape of the Lawn Mower makes handling it easy to get around any… obstacles down there. The soft touch plastic adds extra grip, but I worry about how well the soft touch coating will hold up after a year or so of use and cleaning. When done with a dry mowing session, just blow out the trimmings and you’re good to go for next time. If you prefer to moisten the crops first, you can run the trimmer under the faucet to clean things up, but be sure to let it air dry to keep it running great for next time. The whole thing is waterproof for rinsing; even the USB-C port. That said, don’t go crazy and no pressure-washing the trimmer :-). I’ve tried a few other trimmer products designed for the nether-regions and this one works pretty well for me. Like any other trimmer for down there, be careful, slow and deliberate to be safe. Overall: A carrying case would have rounded out the Kit nicely, but what you do get is a nicely-designed trimmer that is easy to charge, easy to handle and easy to travel with. The provided bottles of lotions are hit or miss but it’s great to have them to try out.

Let me try to be short to explain. First, it is easy to use; it comes with a manual to better understand the product. The trimmer is comfortable, it has silicone to easily grip on to it and it does not slip away easily, it is also a great size to hold and to put away when not in use. It has SkinSafe Techonogy, the ceramic blade is rounded for comfort and it has a guard to reduce accidents while trimming. It comes with two adjustable comb attachments and each can be adjusted, from 2mm to 4mm and 6mm on one, and the other has 8mm 10mm and 12mm. Convenient to charge either using the USB C cable with the charger that is included or wirelessly so it is ready to use every time, and best of all the battery life is about 60 minutes per charge. It also has 3 LED light levels, all 3 lights is full of charge, then 2 lights about 66 percent and one light at 33 percent, so I know when to charge. While charging it goes from no lights to having all 3 lights on at 100 percent. It is waterproof at IPX7 so it can be used dry or wet in the shower, it can be cleaned under the sink too and I like that it comes with a small brush to get it cleaned easier. The trimmer also has a cool white LED light for easy to use and easy visibility. It also has a lock button, so the trimmer does not turn on by accident, and unfortunately it does not come with a travel pouch but no big deal I have one anyway. This set comes with skincare essentials and I did not think much of them until I tried them, they make a big difference. The Crop Reviver keeps the skin fresh throughout the day. The Crop Soother not only does it sooth, it moisturizes the skin after trimming. The Crop Preserver has help me the most, no chafing, I run long distances and chafing is no fun, the preserver works well. Overall, not only does the Lawn Mower 4.0 kit is versatile, it looks modern and great. The Reviver, Preserver and the Soother are a big plus; the entire kit enhances the grooming experience. It is a great unique product to have, either for groin, body or back it makes things much easier.
