Wow! This little amp sounds like a much bigger model. I am so pleased with it. Wasn't sure but read lots of reviews and decided to treat myself. Sure glad I did. I have not stopped listening to all my favorite songs. I have Martin Logan towers that take a lot of power and this amp makes them sound awesome. I replaced an older Harmon Kardon 3770 that spec'd out 120 rms @ 8ohms and this 100 watts sounds like more.

Glad I purchased this wireless amplifier for my new speakers. We are enjoying much improved sound quality for movie watching on our large screen tv. Also, particularly enjoy the ability to stream our Amazon music for quality sound reproduction.

Amazingly sounding amplifier - powerful enough to drive some of the more demanding speakers with ease and taking the edge off Class D amplification with its signature Marantz sound. Truly a winning combination. I have it run my Klipsch RP8000F Mk. II (great combo!) and Elac Debut 3.0 63s... amazing! Even drives the more demanding SVS Titans with ease. Great AMP - streamer built-in... HUGE step up if you consider WiiM Amp Ultra or other lifestyle amps. The M1 is good enough to rock with the best.

Full, detailed, transparent, large sound. Extracts great value from my KEF Q Concerto Meta. Impressive dynamics too. Tiny footprint, fits easily on my desk. The HEOS app can be better but can't complain considering it does offer some frequency adjustments and interesting sound modes that work well, especially the dialogue enhancer. Exceeded my expectations!

An excellent sounding amplifier, with a warm sound and excellent mid range. I also own the Bose music amplifier, which has a brighter sound, but the Marantz M1 amplifier has a softer warmer sound, which easier on the ears at higher volumes. The Marantz M1 amplifier works well with the Klipsch reference 800F speakers and with two Klipsch SW 121 subwoofers using a splitter in the subwoofer output connector. Even though the Bose music amplifier does go somewhat louder than the Marantz M1, the Marantz M1 delivers plenty of power.

Extremely simple setup, beautiful design, and solid rich clear audio makes this a streaming amplifier a wonder addition to my audio world. Paired with Heresy IV speakers makes high quality audio create a wonderful listening experience. Totally worth the cost!

The amplifier has enough wattage to drive practically any speaker, including my Bowers & Wilkins 704 s3 towers and my Martin Logan Motion 15i bookshelf speakers. I have this plugged permanently into my office production PC, running a 2.1 system with the virtual sound mode helping to fill the entire room with sound. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the reliance on the Heos app (which cannot be installed onto a PC or TV), and lack of physical controls on the device past play/pause, forward and backwards. Lack of volume control, input select, etc without either your phone or your tv remote mean you're reliant on your portable devices to control it. Not a huge deal for a STREAMING amp, as you probably will be working around that anyways, but it is annoying nonetheless.

I was researching this class of device for weeks. And it came down to several that met my needs. Most of them have these big flashy screens on the front, and at first I dismissed this as missing out. But then I realized I am never going to want to sit near where it's going to be, so what's the point? I'm going to be using my computer or my iOS devices to control it anyway. It also can handle massive speakers and can drive them at up to 100 watts with ease. My Klipsch speakers sound fantastic. It's made in Japan, not China, if that has any appeal for you. And finally it is Roon ready. (If you know, you know.)

Paired with B&W 684s and 10Ga MONSTER Cable(!), soundstage is amazing and it sounds great with plenty of power to drive big speakers. Minus a full star for the HEOS app; it needs A LOT of work. UI is trash, navigation within connected apps like TIDAL does not even remotely resemble native UIs and is not intuitive. Needs ability to control volume with phone side keys when screen is locked like bluetooth devices do. Despite HEOS shortcomings and failures, I do still recommend this unit if you like Marantz gear and are willing to spend the time figuring out their clunky app; I have a Cinema 60 in the living room with B&W 603 S3s.

Amazing piece of equipment, it drives my Pro-ject speakers effortlessly. It's very dynamic and the spatial quality is very good. Bass quality was definitely improved after the last Heos update. My Rel subwoofer loves this amp and so do I. It's my first streamer and the ability to control your audio from your seating position is definitely a plus. Movies sound great in the virtual mode, it's unbelievable the sound coming out of a 2.1 system. My only negative is I think that Marantz should have supplied a remote control for basic functions. If your looking for a streaming amp and your budget allows, I highly recommend this amp.

Incredible sound quality comes out of this device. That being said, there is no volume indicator beyond a blinking light which is absolutely absurd. It blinks when your turn it up or down but you have no idea what the actual volume is. Also the room correction is hidden behind a $250 paywall. So you have to pay an extra $250 on top of the one of the most expensive small amps on the market to room correct which is also absurd. Do better Marantz.

Works seamlessly, sounds fantastic, and stays cool. Im able to fit it in a 12” depth cabinet and run wires to it without any problems. I am powerint 2 Golden Ear Aos3s with a sub connected.

Fantastic audio for streaming with Heos. I paired it with bowers and wilkens 606-S3 speakers with floor stands and a TEAC TN-4DSE turntable. All connected with blue jeans cables.

too early to truly review this item. I am still working through Heos, appleplay and prime music. They work together through this unit to drive both wired speakers and a wireless denon heos portable speaker. So far so good but there are still things that I do not understand

LOVE IT!!! I wanted something simple and this does it. Powers my KEF R3 Meta speakers with ease! Don't love the HEOS APP used to control it but it's ok.

Amazing quality and sound! Paired this with 2-MartinLogan - Motion SLM 4" Flat-Panel Speaker and a 10" ML Dynamo sub. Sound is absolutely incredible!

This integrated amplifier is an excellent choice for small spaces and has clean power.

After the firmware update in June it’s been working seamlessly. No real issues at all. Sounds great. I use it primarily with my pc through optical.
