Clean sound buy this for your 5.2 system, sleek design and lower profile, many different options for your sound and sync with the rest easily, i loving this avr don't need anything else

I am so happy with this purchase! It’s been awhile since I have had a quality sound system but this one has brought that absolute joy back to listening to my music! It takes many remotes and extra steps trying to figure out how or which remote to use out of the picture! So easy to choose what you want to listen to or use!

This is my second Marantz receiver. I went in search of others. Did some listening at BestBuy, my local HiFi store, and Nebraska Furniture Mart. Tried several other makers, and kept coming back to this brand and model. Set up was easy, although the NEED for a TV to do the set up was a bit annoying (I am using this for music only, and not paired with my TV/DVR). I also had an issue with the analog in for my CD player. I tried two different Cd players and several different RCA cables, to no affect. I had to return it for a different one, but the replacement has been perfect. Paired with Klipsch speakers, configured for 5.1, the sound quality is perfect for me. There is so much detail rendered. Pros: Overall: looks great, sounds even better, superior price point. Cons: A minor glitch with analog inputs. (And yes, I should upgrade to HDMI...later.)

My old receiver needed to be replaced. It made more static than music. I opted for this Marantz receiver because of it's slim size and features. Setting it up was a bit of a hassle but I appreciate how it optimizes for the room setting. The sound is crisp and clear. No distortion at higher volumes and very clean at lower volumes. Very happy with this receiver. Normally a Yamaha fan but Marantz has come a long way over the years.

Five star sound for a slim line. Great surround calibration system for the price. Packed with features. -1/2 star for display issues when switching between and Apple TV and Xfinity cable box both on HDMI. -1/2 star for support options (limited web support and 11am to 6pm EST Monday to Friday phone support). -1 star for flaky Bluetooth transmission to headphones. Works great for 3 to 5 minutes then a lot of static. Please update support options, mobile application and Bluetooth transmission to headphones. You have a great product otherwise.

Not that thrilled about how underpowered it is I thought 100 W made 100 W per channel figuring that was 5.2 channels .2 is an amplified so I figured it was a 500 W stereo I was wrong. It’s a 100 W stereo not happy about that And your Tech Support. It isn’t worth a I spent a lot of money to get this under powered receiver,. I had to call Crutchfield to get some real help I stayed on the phone with you guys for hours. No one will give me the straight truth.

incredible sound. You won't be disappointed. Glad we went with the receiver. Very easy to set up. It paired with our LG TV. Automatically on when tv/ps5 is turned on. Volume control either with tv remote or Marantz remote. Perfect for our apartment. Bluetooth pairing simple

Easy setup and simple to operate. The surround sound quantity is awesome with my combined Bose Acoustimass 7 & 5 speakers. The sound quality makes you feel like you are at the theater or stadium. We thought our old system was good but this Marantz far surpasses.

Really great performance for our needs. Used as front only (no surround) 3 speaker system it easily fills our space.nFor the first time we have a receiver in which the ARC and "Airplay" functions work perfectly every time. The Sound through 3 Aperion Speakers is clean and clear and the preprogrammed audio modes are accurate. Easy set up and self balancing for the room.

I purchased because based on the features offered, price, and, condition advertised, by Best Buy. As an open box item the price was excellent. Doing a little research on how open items are handled made it a fantastic value. I was told it comes with manufacturers warranty as if was new. Also that it is inspected by Geek Squad to made sure it works properly and reset back to factory setting. If any inspection was done it wasn't don correctly. Several key features and not available. No Wi-fi, bluetooth, HEOS, or any features requiring the internet are not available. Some automatic features can be done manually (speaker setup), with the other features, HMDI input, phono input that did work. The return window isn't very long, so hopefully the manufacturer will honer its warranty. Open box items saves customers so much. It's a great service that Best Buy offers, but it only works if done proper.

Was looking for a moderately priced receiver that had two subwoofer outputs. The Marantz NR1510 fit the bill. Setup was very easy. The cardboard tripod which was supplied to place the microphone in various positions for adjusting the surround sound left something to be desired as it was rather flimsy. A camera tripod provided more stability. So far I'm very happy with this purchase. Sounds great with my Bose speaker system.

Replaced a huge Pioneer Elite 7.1 receiver with this bad boy, wi-fi enabled, 5.1 (that's all I have), tons of HDMI inputs for DirecTV, Xbox, my Oppo player. Noticed a huge increase in sound quality as soon as I plugged it in. Saved a ton of space in my rack too, this is half the size and a quarter of the weight of the Pioneer Elite I replaced.

First of all the sales associate (Joe) was wonderful he went beyond finding me want I wanted and at a great price! The product itself is incredible and makes me wonder why I waited so long to buy a Marantz I highly recommend to anyone reading this to buy one it will change the way you listen to music Even paired with my 35 year old Bose speakers It has sounds I have never heard before Thank you Best Buy for hiring people like Joe I will be back to buy more

Simple to use and set up. And it sounds great on small speakers

I tried this receiver out when my old Yamaha receiver was damaged by lightning. I liked it but it just didn’t seem to have the power to drive my speakers and get the sound I was looking for out of my system. I returned it and tried several other brands but settled on the new Sony AN1000 which is awesome. I wouldn’t normally buy a lower end system but it sounded amazing compared to all the others I tested with my setup.

This is one of the best low cost Av receivers I have owned, I went from Yamaha to pioneer and Onkio This is highly recommended for a small to medium tv rooms. Excellent AV receiver
