The Kilburn III is an awesome speaker. I love how it has adjustable treble, bass, and volume. It works amazing on Bluetooth and i love the app and stereo pairing. It gets so loud it's amazing. I just bought my 2nd speaker because i love it so much. The gold hardware is a nice touch and the look is all Marshall. The battery lasts forever too!

I purchased the Marshall Kilburn III while searching for a portable system that delivers true stereophonic sound, and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations. Having owned premium brands like Bose, JBL, Infinity, and Bang & Olufsen, I can confidently say that Marshall finally provides the rich, high-quality audio I’ve been longing for. I’ve received so many compliments on the system that four of my friends have already bought their own after hearing mine—and they are just as impressed. My collection now includes the entire Marshall portable line, from the Willen II, Emberton II, and Stockwell II to the Middleton, Kilburn II, and Tufton. While they all sound great, the Kilburn III is by far my favorite. I’m already saving up for the Marshall Bromley 750 next; I know it’ll be worth every penny. For now, I highly recommend the Kilburn III to anyone looking for that true stereophonic sound. Go get you one!!!

I had the killburn II and upgraded to the III after I tested the sony SRS-XG300 and not really enjoying the sound (probably because I wanted something that sounded like my killburn II). It is better with a really long battery life (I genuinely forget to charge for a week and it still runs), has speakers on the back now too so the sound comes both ways, and the forward, pause, and backward buttons are nice. The startup sound was something I had to get used to. I had my killburn II for almost 6-7 years before it broke down so I'm expecting this one to last too. (Comes with a better water protection rating too).

I found out about this brand of speaker while traveling. I was staying at a friend‘s house, and he had the smallest one, and I was absolutely blown away. I have several portable speakers that I use outdoors when I am barbecuing or at a picnic. One of the brands that I use is Bose, don’t get me wrong. They make great speakers, but this one surpassed anything that I have ever heard in my life. If you’re looking for a speaker that you can take to parties, to a friend‘s house, or for outdoor functions, this is the speaker for you. It connects wonderfully to your phone, and you can play all of your favorite music or watch a movie on your phone and play it through the speaker, it sounds absolutely stunning. If you don’t have this speaker in your cart, then what are you doing with your life? Buy it, buy it, buy it, buy it. It will change your music listening experience.

Love it. The look is so sleek and sound quality is good. Charge it once and last for like 50 hours. Wireless so I can take it anywhere.

I was looking to upgrade my Bluetooth speakers besides of JBLs speakers, they sound good but I was looking for that extra bass in the low frequencies. After several reviews de used to go with Marshall Kilburn III and very happy to say that this speakers delivers! Strong low end bass, clean, my friends won’t believe the sound is coming from only this small speaker during the last party. Also mids and highs are great! Battery is outstanding! Finally what is better than my JBL Boombox and Xtreme or Charge is that the speaker will deliver full sound even on battery, with JBL I had to connect to AC.

I fell in love with this radio because of its design and color. The velvet on the belt is also beautiful. It is a Bluetooth speaker. It does not play FM/ AM radio although through the app you can download the satellite radio. It's pretty loud considering its size. I have other Bluetooth speakers that happen to be louder than this, but I have it in my bedroom and I can hear it all over the house. It is very clear. I love the design and the knobs. What I do not like about it is you do have to flick it on and it will go off if your device disconnects. You're able to search for it, in you're Bluetooth settings however if it's not physically turned on you cannot connect to it. I purchased this for my bedroom so that isn't a big deal, but I just thought it would be important to share. It does come with a manufacturer warranty. I fell in love with the look of this speaker in the store, so it's safe to say I didn't necessarily purchase it because I was looking for a loud speaker, but I was looking for a great quality, and it does provide that. It's very clear. It can also be connected to your TV and other devices in the home. If you download the app and have several of their products, you can stack their products which means that you can play one device on all the speakers which is pretty cool.

The best speaker in this price point. It has a great battery life, thumping bass and the mids are crisp. It might be misunderstood as a 'loud only' speaker but also performs beyond expectations in low volume as well, it indeed is soothing at all levels! At NO volume you feel irritated by the sound. The sound doesn't break at ANY volume level.

I really liked the Kilburn III compared to other similarly priced and featured speakers. The sound quality is rich and balanced, and having dedicated bass, treble, and volume controls gives it a level of customization most competitors skip. The build feels premium, and the black-and-brass design adds a classic touch that stands out. It’s portable, powerful, and delivers exactly what I wanted without compromise.

I like this item because of the sound when I connect to a tv it seems like you are in the theater a deep bass. And when sing in karaoke I like the impact of the sound it has a deep bass

Wasnt really looking for a speaker but the looksof this caught my eye. Ourchased it and was blown away on how crispy the audio sounds. It also has great bass. 10/10

This speaker looks real nice, a perfect size for portability, and I do like the handle on it. The controls are easy to work with and simple enough to customize a better sound for your taste if you want. With the Marshall app, you can further manage the equalizer among many other options. On top of it, I used it throughout the week and barely put a dent in the battery. Here a few things I’m sharing from my experience. Marshall App This is where you really get full control of your speaker. It syncs with your Marshall devices to get additional customization options, monitor battery from your phone, and will update the firmware on your device. The M physical on the speaker can be customized for equalizer settings on the app, you can manage your battery maintenance settings if you choose to prolong the battery, and there is a speaker placement option that helps fine tune sound settings based on your location (ie near walls or in open area, etc…). Performance The speaker has been great so far. I’ve been wanting a mid size speaker that’s easy to carry around while still having good battery life and sound levels, and this hits the nail on the head. Bluetooth range has been good, I’ll move my phone between rooms while the speaker is still 30-40 ft in the other room and no issues with the connection. The volume is pretty good for its size, but don’t expect room shaking sound. When indoors and outdoors, you can hear it pretty well, but you might struggle to get some over-the-top sound if you are in a noisy environment. I put it on our golf cart and heard it pretty good while driving, but I imagine areas like a beach where it can get windy you might struggle to push out sound to a large area. Its nice that the speaker does have a “360 degree” sound, where the back emits music as well. Not sure if its quite 360, but you should clearly hear the music in an area where the speaker is in the middle. Other Some other things to note, I really like the USB C connection. Having one USB C cable to charge devices is so much more convenient than bringing a bunch of unique chargers when traveling. Charging my phone from the speaker works great too, the charging speed has been pretty decent too. I like the feel of the ON switch for the speaker. It has a nice feel and its quick and easy, not a typical hold the ON button for a few seconds like you find in other speakers, this is much better. A couple of things that could use improvement in my opinion, is the waterproof rating. I feel like if it gets splashed too hard or it finds itself in a good rain, it might damage the speaker. I think most portable speakers have better water/dust proof ratings these days, and their description of it being able to handle a “little spill” isn’t very reassuring. Hopefully this won’t ever be an issue for me. I also wish they had an option to sync with other Marshall speakers, but that does not appear to be possible. Overall, I do feel it’s a great speaker that has a unique look that I think will impress people, and good sound to it that will work for most settings. For the price, I feel like there should be better available features such as the ones I just mentioned. The battery life has been super good so far, and that is one of the bigger factors that make this a strong buy IMO. Using its’ battery to charge devices is a win-win as well.
