I love these! I hated my pods- they always fall out. These are stay put, the sound is great and the chord is long enough. A better buy than the wireless white ones.

Volume super low, bass non existent

I had high expectations for these based on my Marshall speaker but they underperformed. The volume was so low when turned up all the way I couldn’t believe it. AirPods have better bass than these which was disappointing. They look and feel great, the idea of this product is great. They just don’t perform compared to my Beats Studios or AirPods.

Our headphones are tuned with a distinct sound signature, but the volume should still be strong and provide an enjoyable listening experience. Expensive for what you get

I had higher hopes because I have the Major IV headphones and love them. You get 4 pairs of rubber tips that are different sizes which I appreciate, but the sound quality is mediocre and they don’t fit well regardless of the tips I use. I think you’re better off getting earbuds that are half the price because the experience will be the same, in my opinion.

I’m continually amazed at the performance of these earbuds. They are a hugh step up from my AirPods Pro3. I purchased these wired earbuds to use whenever I didn’t bring or didn’t charge my AirPods. I’m confused because I see other Marshall earbuds for less than $20, that seem similar.

Very good quality, comfortable. Descent clarity for voice. Not really what I was hoping for as far as music. Weak volume and bass. Will use as a backup to my work headset. I had hoped for better. For what these costbsound was a letdown.

I bought the Marshall USB-C earbuds to use with my iPad Pro M4, and unfortunately, the sound quality has been disappointing. The volume is noticeably low, and the audio has a hollow, almost “cave-like” effect. I tried adjusting the EQ settings, but it didn’t improve the clarity or depth. Music and videos both sound flat and lack the richness I expected. Overall, not what I was expecting from Marshall, especially for the price

Hello, thank you for your review and feedback. Marshall products are rarely described as "low" or "hollow", it is possible that something is defective with your earbuds. We recommend returning to the Best Buy store with the earbuds to have them evaluated by a Store Agent or reaching out to the Marshall Support Team (through the official Marshall website) for assistance.

Don’t waste your money. I should have known better because I hate Marshall amps. The bass comes and goes with a little help just like their amps need pedals to sound good.
