Features

  • Pro Upgrade: OTA Cloud & Wellness-Based Recommendations

Keep your chair current with OTA software updates and up to 5 downloadable massage routines. Wellness monitoring checks heart rate, blood oxygen, microcirculation and fatigue level, then recommends one of 4 specialized programs for your day. Readings are for general reference only and not intended for medical use.

  • 4D Massage with Automatic Body Scan & Extended SL Track

The 4D mechanism lets you adjust massage depth along with speed and rhythm for a more lifelike feel. Before each session, automatic body scanning locates your shoulders and body contours to align the rollers to your frame. The extended SL track provides continuous coverage from your neck and shoulders down to your glutes.

  • Three Zero Gravity Positions & Full-Body Stretch

Recline into one of three zero gravity positions to settle in and let the rollers work more evenly along your back. Activate the full-body stretch program to loosen up after a long day, or adjust the backrest and footrest independently to find the angle that feels right.

  • Air Compression, Dual-Zone Heat & Foot Rollers

Airbags wrap the shoulders, arms, calves and feet with rhythmic squeeze-and-release compression. Soothing heat warms both the lower back and calves, and dedicated rollers massage the soles of your feet. The spring-loaded footrest extends up to 5.91" to fit different leg lengths.

  • 22+ Programs, 4 Ways to Control & 3-Year Limited Warranty

Choose from 22 built-in auto programs and 11 manual options, and save your favorite manual settings for one-touch recall. Control the chair with the touchscreen remote, mobile app, voice commands or armrest shortcut buttons. Bluetooth speakers plus wireless and USB charging keep you connected. Backed by a 3-year limited warranty: parts for 3 years, labor for year 1.

    Love the chair

My wife, daughter, and I all love this chair. The only thing we could complain about is we wish we could turn up the intensity in certain regions. I would like to turn up the airbags in my legs, but leave it the same in my arms. The only other is my wife is over 6 foot, so the "neck massage" hits her shoulder blades. Other than that we love it and use it nearly everyday. Set up was beyond easy. I spent more time getting it through my door than I did putting it together.

    Worth the money

We checked out a bunch of massage chairs before buying, and this one ended up being perfect for us. I’m 6 ft tall, and the SL-track feels super smooth. The built-in programs are great, and you can tweak the intensity and speed really easily. There are tons of manual options too if you want to get super specific, but honestly the presets already do everything we want. Customer service was awesome too. They confirmed all the shipping info and kept us updated the whole way, which made the delivery process really stress-free. If you’re hunting for a solid, high-quality massage chair, I’d definitely recommend this one.

    Great relaxation

Just a great way to end a stressful day. Great selection of modes and customization. Definitely feels of quality and is sturdy, I’m 5’10” and 240lbs pretty wide shoulders and I fit fine.

    RELAXATION IS CALLING YOU!

This is our second massage chair. Our previous one was a different brand, and it was a 3d model. We didn't think it could get any better. Our house flooded and it was ruined. We didn't wait too long to get another one. After researching for some time, I purchased this one as a surprise for my husband. I must say... EVERYONE is enjoying it. For the price and the features, we are very satisfied!

Questions & Answers

  • It is not clear to me what drop-off means. I need it on the second floor. Will it be delivered to the room upstairs? One answer states that they delivered it to a room upstairs. Can Best Buy or Massamax answer this question please. Thanks.

Because massage chairs are large and heavy items, delivery is standard curbside delivery by default. This means the carrier delivers to the curb or driveway only. Unfortunately, carriers typically send one driver, so upstairs or second-floor delivery is not included. In some areas, an upgrade to inside delivery (ground floor only) may be available at no additional cost. If you place an order, our customer service team can help confirm whether this option is available for your location.
