[Employee of bestbuy] Record sounds great. Already own a copy, but the last one got scratched. Funny that the sticker refers to this as their new album (this is four albums ago).

Mastodon wowed me with this album. It gets away from their traditional, heavier sounds and moves to a pretty progressive place. Do not get me wrong, there are tons of heavy vocals and riffs but more melodic parts than I have seen in their other albums.

Easily my favorite Mastodon record, and one of my favorite metal albums in general. The sound is perfect from the vinyl and the packaging is beautiful.
