Very sturdy and stable. Nothing vibrates or wiggles when riding. Very quiet and overall very happy. I love that it connects to my cell via C Type to HDMI wire to the screen so I can ride my bike while monitoring my workload such as teams, outlook and so much more. I use Youtube for cycling videos and my smart watch monitors my workout too so this bike is perfect for me. Do your research on other bikes because it depends what you are looking for. I was looking for something that connects and mirrors my cell phone because I work from home so this was perfect. I also wanted something sturdy that would last and this bike feels like high end gym equipment.

I was so excited to receive this item. Once it arrived to me (scheduled delivery, had to leave work early), I began to assemble it, and the bottom metal frame was bent! There's no way to correct this without having professional metal work tools! The bottom section would not fit into the main frame. Such a shame. Now to move this heavy bike back downstairs and figure out return process
