On the top level, a moveable attendant supervises the traffic flow, then directs cars to the cyclone tunnel for a wash. Kids pull a lever to make the tunnel spin, and it will randomly stop on one of three different settings dirty, soapy and clean. When it lands on the clean icon, the car races down to ground floor.
