I never got a chance to play the first two Max Payne games but I remember I always thought it looked pretty bad a**. And now that I got to play the third one, I realized how right I was! This game is all action! It really does feel like a movie, a kick a** movie! My first thoughts, the slow motion is addicting, and this game feels like I'm in a Die Hard movie! Everyone love action and this game is filled with it. I'm only on chapter 3 and I can't wait to see what happens next!

THE STORY CONTINUES..LOVE THE GRAPHICS & THEMES.MULTIPLAYER FEATURE IS AWSOME,THE SINGLE PLAYER STORY RUNS AT LEAST 10 HOURS. IT IS EXTREMELY VIOLENT!

i found this game to be fun but its very difficult, the online deathmatch is terrible and it has too many long unskippable cut scenes

Max Payne 3 takes me back to y teenage years with classic film-noir style gameplay with bullet-dodging and all the other awesomeness of Max Payne. Story is gritty, and there is a good variety of the mission types, including an interesting boat section. Wish painkillers were more like they were in the old game, but no major complaints!

It isn't as good as GTA however the story is interesting and gameplay is fun.

Played first two installments and 5 years later still remember the experience, this one will probably not last as long. More like GTA, bullettime control is not efficient. Good story, but I feel that something similar has been told before by other games. Still a solid game, worth at least one playthru

It has entertaining game play. Good Story. Takes a while to get through it all. This was for a great price $10, so it made it that much better. I would definitely recommend. Max Payne is older in this version so things have changed a little.

I bought this for my mother in law boyfriend and he loves this game. He refuse to let this game down.

Bought the game in 2014, I believe it was made in 2012. Still holds up, story is great. Long video cut scenes drive me CRAZY, particularly on the second playthrough when I really don't need to see them again. Bought on clearance for 14 bucks, definitely worth it at that price.

Flat out, the game's amazing. A masterpiece. While it's extremely difficult at times, that only adds to the feel and satisfaction the game provides. Be aware, this game can get crazy frustrating; don't buy it for stress relief. But don't avoid it because it's tough, you'll miss out on a really great experience.

Great attempt by Rockstar to breathe new life into the Max Payne franchise. Fun game to play from start to finish and it leaves you wanting more.

Follows in the footsteps of previous installments. Not the best game of the year, but I definitely enjoyed it as with all the other Max Payne games.

GReat storyline the cut scenes suck you in and there was several times the cut scene ended I did not realize it and died over great game in all aspects

I needed something to take the place of Borderlands 2; so I purchased this game. I really tried to like it. I was a big fan of the original Max Payne. However, this game just had WAY to many cutaways. You really couldn't get into the flow of the game due to the number of cutaways.

A great fun game to play online with your friends or you can enjoy the great single player campaign.

Best game for action and shooter. It is fun and challenging. Great story.
