  It's not news that Seagal has been pumping out Direct-to-Video movies for the past 11 years, but this one falls flat. It's not the symphonic masterpiece that is Pistol Whipped, nor brilliant Academy Award caliber performance he demonstrated with his action-scene body double in Kill Switch. No, Seagal and Steve Austin run around and shoot things and that's pretty much it. Dumb plot, lame action. Not recommended.
