So far we are much happier with this machine over our previous GE model. Two things: we wanted to be able to control the water level for washing and rinsing, across the variety of load types (delicate to heavy) and this machine does that; and 2, we wanted the agitator to get clothes cleaner and to get the soap out during rinse. Also, our pre ious non-agitator model was always getting unbalanced and we would frequently have to rebalance the load. We have not had to do that with this new machine and I attribute that primarily to having the agitator in the center of the tub.

I would hive it a 5 star if it would fill past half way. That really is my only complaint with this washer. Even on max deep fill, it will not fill any higher.honestly, I don't think any modern washer will fill any higher though. Love the petpro and power boost option.

Washer was damaged I’m assuming delivered from manufacturer. Best Buy delivery guys are AWESOME. I’m praying the new machine will be fine. So happy Best Buy did not leave me without a washer until new one comes.

We love this Top Load Washer! It has a tall agitator which is a "must" for our laundry needs. This washing machine is roomy & perfect for blankets, quilt and comforters. It has plenty of wash settings, so we are able to choose a specific setting needed at that time. The Quick Wash option is a life saver! The Extra Power and Pet Pro Option is a plus! The washer is quiet and efficient. We are beyond pleased with our purchase.

The washer seems to clean well. Love the pet hair filter. I don't like that you can not put water in the tub while you are adding clothes. So, that is the only reason that I have given 4 stars instead 5

Works great and handles large loads. Delivery and set up was great.

Great washer, worked well however it was damaged when received. I still used it while the replacement came in due to needing it, but it did a good job even with a dent on the side.

This is my 2nd Maytag washer, I had a good experience with the former washer and expect the same for this one.
