Customer Ratings & Reviews

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am satisfied so far with my washer. However, it would be beneficial to have a paper user manual to refer to instead of an online version which does not show the exact purpose for the functions of the washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this a few weeks, it is very large capacity which I love. It is a decent machine for the price. Seems noiser then my old set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer machine is very good qualities, I'm so happy with the results and how this machine cleans the clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little/big washer. Dump and wash. I couldn't believe how great and fast this washer works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good working washer, like the color, runs great at this time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a minute to trust the "smart features" of letting it decide the water level and direction of spinning. It nails it. The change of spinning direction helps the towels and such not get on one side and create out of balance (constant issue with prior machine). I like the option of the short cycle and soil level and the see through top. Hope it lasts 29 years like my prior Maytag!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer for a couple of weeks now and it’s a huge improvement over the GE model it replaced. The see-thru lid is a great feature. I’ve only done 4 loads in it so far and the clothes come out clean. The spin cycle gets so much water out that the clothes dry quickly. Still learning how to use this machine. I just wish it was still made in the USA instead of Canada.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the machine, I do wish it had soap and softener dispensers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent washer, very well built, easy to use and conserves water to boot. Does a great job on cleaning the cloths!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working well. Would like instructions for use of all the knobs on the front of the machine. Where can I get them to better use this washer. Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Maytag washing machine about a month ago, and I am very, very pleased with it. It does a good job in washing my clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine in May 2024. It is working well so far. I do think it is noisy especially when filling with water. I use several of the cycles and am glad for the variety. It has a very large capacity (maybe due in part to us washing summer clothing instead of bulkier winter clothing). I also wish that a printed manual came with it so that I could learn how to best use the features available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features. Great value. Ease of use. Efficient operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Maytag is amazing. Super large capacity, no agitator sticking up, spins like a whirlwind, clothes come out clewn and damp, the clear go allows to you view the progress. Its a great machine. Best I have seen or used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thought I would be happier with a machine without an agitator - it seemed like there would be more room for clothes and result in a cleaner wash. I found an unintended consequence, though. I use detergent sheets - I prefer them due to environmental reasons, convenience, and cleanliness. In this new washer I have found several loads where the detergent sheet was spun onto the side of the drum and never dissolved. I placed the sheets in different areas hoping for a better outcome. I found none. I used the faucet feature to run water over the sheet before washing. This works but the washer empties the water before refilling. Everything else is fine. Lots of options for cleaning, I guess I will just have to use detergent I don't like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer 01/24. This is one with no agitator, don't know if it makes a difference. I follow guide of laying clothing in a circular pattern. Some clothing come out soggy, washer can be alittle noisy although clothes come out clean. I missed the 90s brand washer, even though large quilts barely could fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bit noisey and cycles are long, A countdown timer would be a nice feature. Overall so far after 4 loads it is OK.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I would have gotten a traditional washer that just has knobs and not electronic! It has a mind of it's own. It takes forever to wash a load, even on quick wash. I put it on auto water fill and it starts moving before there is enough water in it. And now it's getting caught in a cycle and won't shut off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a fan of Maytag. This is our first year of buying a matching set . Great prices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer definitely works well, it takes getting use to on how to turn the cycles on. One thing I wish it had was a sound or chime to let you know it’s finished, an/or maybe a timer based on which load you select. Because right now you just have to guess when it’s done.
