I ordered this washer on sale for Black Friday and it was delivered in March 2020 upon completion of my new home. It was delivered to my doorstep but I had to haul it upstairs and hook up everything myself due to COVID chronicles. Installation was easy and the washing machine is great for large loads of clothes and bed linen. This one does not have the large agitator inside which allows for more laundry. The settings can be custom tailored to suit your laundry needs. It’s performed flawlessly thus far and I couldn’t be happier for the price/quality.

I'm still trying to get used to how this washer washes cloths. No matter which setting you use the clothing barely gets wet. Although, I do like the washer and it does manage to get everything clean. My favorite thing is that it is HUGE and you can wash all the large items that would never fit in your old washer. My only real complaint is that after only 2 weeks the detergent tray rails started to rust. I hope the warranty covers this issue.

I looked at various models before purchasing. I really liked what this washer offers for the price. I wanted a larger washer for washing bed spreads and alike. And this one had what I needed. I like the washer. I did not want another front loader at all. The well is deep on this one and may not work for short people. You have to dig down to pull the clothes out. But It is much easier on my low back.

I replaced an older model Maytag for a new one. I chose this washer for the ease of use and diverse settings. It's very quiet and cleans my clothes efficiently. The tub is deep (no agitator) so I can wash large comforters without a problem. Doesn't use an abundance of water so that will help with my usage, beautiful design with a glass top.

Large drum capacity is great....can wash bed duvets, etc. Makes wash so simple with digital!!

Went with a top load after having a front load for 10 years. Wasn't sure about the "no agitator" but went with it. With the glass lid you can see the clothes don't seem to rotate without the agitator. Got one with the deep wash feature too (heard it washes better) however any load I wash with dark colors comes out with a residue on them which looks like wet lint. I have used both pods and liquid detergent (at different times) and it still happenens. It's a new washer, so there isn't gunk built up, and the washer does have a clean cycle with affresh. It also doesn't matter the material and I'm guessing the residue is on the lighter colors too, its just not visible. I did an additional rinse & spin and it still didn't clear it up. The drum though is 19" deep but I wouldnt fill it more than 10" to 12" and its 23" in diameter. I'm 5'10" and almost can't reach the bottom without my feet coming off the ground! So beware if you're shorter.

My old washing machine was too old and just gave up so I got this one and I am happy, it is spacious and it does the job well. I like that it is quiet, clear on top to see what is going on inside. simple instructions to follow. and the 10 year warranty.

When looking for this washing machine we look for the largest fastest machine we could find. There are six of us in this household and we need maximum cleaning capabilities. This washer is the best we’ve owned to date if you have a lot of wash this is the unit to go for.

I love this washer so much!!! So glad i bought the model with the agitator. Had it over a year and just love it. So quiet and has many levels for whatever you might want to wash. Even my comforter.

I did my research and I liked this due since it has a large capacity. It’s not too loud at all and works just fine. My wife really likes it

This washer replaces a former Maytag that was 6 years old - bearings going out (too expensive, even with free parts from Maytag) to repair at its age. What I like more about the new one is it has deep water and bedding settings that give you a better wash for bulky items. It is also more versatile … has more settings. And it adjusts wash time based on how much you put into the drum. All in all, I'm excited and really like this washer. Hop it lasts! Also, it pretty closely matches my 6-year-old Maytag dryer.

I was excited about the washer as well as the price which was great. The washer has great features and is larger enough for about 4 large loads. I was able to wash my Queen size comforter with no problem. I love this washer.

Bought this washer Due to the large capacity washer didn’t have the middle agitator and can wash comforters and saves water use overall great machine

I really want to LOVE this machine however Having it ONLY 6 months I’ve had problems. After 3 weeks i needed to return it and exchange because it stopped working. Just yesterday i had the Maytag warranty replace the detergent drawer because the cheap metal track was rusting everywhere. So almost love performanceBUT very worried i bought the wrong machine

I am so disappointed, beyond dissatisfied with this washer I want to exchange it for a different brand. I called Best Buy and was told I had to talked to the Manufacturer, what the Hell! I’m very upset. This washer stopped washing, it leave white stuff on my dark clothes that looks like lint similar to the other pictures posted here. I want my money back or a new machine.

So quiet compared to my old machine! I can do big loads no problems. Love the color!

My washer has started to rust at the bleach dispenser even though I use very little bleach and rinse with water after adding bleach. I just bought this top of the line machine December 1,2017. Should’ve just bought a cheap set of washer and dryer.
