Hard to use, doesn’t work very well. Surprise!

This overly-complicated yet underperforming hunk of scrap arrived in my laundry room on its way to the landfill. It is so disappointing that our appliances are getting worse overtime, when they should be getting better. This overpriced unit is a prime example of the failure of this industry. You probably can’t get one that’s much better, but that’s no endorsement of this crappy Maytag dryer.

We have documented all of the concerns you have mentioned, for review by our managers and engineers. Our managers and engineers do regularly review our files, to look for areas in which we can improve our products. We know that can be disheartening; especially when you have just purchased a new and you have high expectations for it. Only lasted 3 months. They wont honor their warranty either! Run from Maytag
