This was the biggest washer and dryer combo that would fit our home's designated utility area. We narrowed down the possibilities not only by size of the machine, but by the Consumer Reports article. This was one of the best.

Replaced my 22 year old dryer with this one and so far very happy with it. Love the interior light, helps find that stray sock. Dries great, although when drying a large comforter I used timed dry to make sure it's fully dry. Large enough to dry a king comforter, but narrow enough to fit in a smaller space. Very happy with my purchase!

The first time I tried to use this machine, it would not start. I unplugged and reset this machine, it did not start. I contacted the Geek Squad since I had the extended warranty and they were no help. It was around 5 pm on Saturday evening and they said they could not get anyone there until Tuesday. They told me to contact the Manufacturer for assistance. I was more upset at the Geek Squad for failure to respond than I was with the dryer. I had wet clothes that I just washed and was not happy about a brand new dryer that would not start. Reviewing the documents did not help. After one hour of unplugging and resetting the machine and changing the dryer settings, I finally got the machine to start and drying clothes. Since then the machine has worked fine, but I am keeping a close watch to see if it fails again. My concern with the whole situation was the responses with my 5 year extended warranty with the Geek Squad. In the future, I probably will not elect to pay for the extensions if I buy from Best Buy.

Love this dryer! Easy to use. Very clean looking design. Extra deep drum for large loads, clothes come out all dry nothing damp to the touch. Would highly recommend this dryer. If my washer goes out I will replace it to match the dryer. It is a higher priced dryer but worth every dollar!

I used to do loads of laundry every day. Sometimes, I was lazy and just left the folded clothes on the table because I knew I would only add to the piles the next day. It seemed I always had a cluttered folding area. This large capacity dryer has solved that problem. I am able to go for sometimes five days before having to wash. I am doing HUGE loads. The clothes are beautifully dried, folded, and immediately put away. My folding table (dining room table) is also immediately cleared. I also like that it has a visible clock showing how much time is left on the load. This is a wonderful machine!

So much more quiet and efficient that my 33 year old one! Love the "done" tones. Great capacity and easy to adjust things!

Dries things much quicker than my previous dryer so very happy with purchase. Only thing I don't like is the start button where you have to push it for 3 sec to get it to start, pause is just a touch. I like bigger capacity also.

This dryer is super roomy and has lots of options...probably more than you need. This is replacing a 25 yo Whirlpool and is probably twice the capacity which is fabulous. Two issues I’ve run into in the month I’ve had it....the dry sensor can be wonky. Ran into an issue with fleece blankets that were pretty dry when they went in the dryer (I have the new washer from the pair too) and the sensor kept bumping the time down almost immediately so the timer kept chiming when the blankets were still damp. After two issues with this I now just do timed dry with that load. I’ve not had any similar issues with any other loads so it’s just a quirk you need to work around. Secondly, the lint screen in the front of the drum almost always catches a chunk of lint on the edge when removed for cleaning. That chunk gets sucked back in and I just find it annoying. I’ve tried a couple of different ways when removing to try and avoid this but to not avail. Oh well. Minor. All I know is I hope this pair lasts since I hesitated for years to replace my smaller but very reliable older set. I’ll be so sad if these need replaced or repaired sooner rather than later but that’s all I hear from folks about the new sets. We’ll see. At least I got a good deal.

This is a nice looking dryer and does a very quick job of drying my clothes even on a low temp. I don't know how it does that. It is very roomy inside for larger loads, blankets, etc. One thing to note; if you are someone who likes to put things on top of your dryer, I will say that this dryer has a slight slope to the top and your stuff will slide right off. Probably a good thing but I wasn't use it that. Would purchase this again. Easy to use and clean-looking in the laundry area.

Love the quietness and effective drying of the unit. Looks as good as it operates. Large capacity, love the fast dry mode.

Dryer has many features, it is fast drying, has a large capacity, is quiet and the control panel is simple to use.

I have to admit that I was skeptical about this dryer since I paid twice the amount 12 years ago for my last one and then I used it for the first time. I could not believe how quickly this dryer worked. Easy to operate - my cloths never feel scorched nor are they wrinkled. Highly recommend this dryer !!!
