The Rocket Red Brigade was commissioned by Russia’s rulers as a military-controlled response to metahuman threats and proliferation. The technology is a combination of human ingenuity and alien bio-engineering, thanks to the contributions of Green Lantern Kilowog, who innocently offered his aid while on a fact-finding mission to Russia. Rocket Reds were part of the first Justice League International team. The first was exposed as an android Manhunter infiltrator, while the second—Dmitri Pushkin—died battling renegade O.M.A.C. units. Currently composed of older units and more modern upgrades, Rocket Reds now solely protect Russian interests, with reports of potential international incidents involving Supergirl, Peacemaker, and China’s New Super-Man.

After failing miserably to defeat the Reaper, Batman must consider fighting fire with fire, which unfortunately puts him at deadly odds with the Gotham City Police Department. Forced to then work with Joe Chill as a result, the man responsible for killing his parents, Batman must do what he can to put an end to the Reaper’s tyranny, even if it goes against his best interest.

Dick Grayson is a natural leader, an optimist, and the most charismatic of the Batman Family. He grew up in an unorthodox but loving circus family, so he values close personal bonds. Dick believes that, for the fight to be worth it, there must be something real to fight for; and that something has always been other people. He was Batman’s first protégé before becoming a hero in his own right. Dick boasts mastery in acrobatics and is an expert at taking down enemies with his signature dual escrima sticks.
