A: You can only use the right on it's own. The left is a slave to the right (if the left connects at all...)

A: Yes these will work perfectly with an iPhone 6.

A: Yes they will.
Q: Is the case charged only with usb or it could also be charged with wireless charger?
A: I've only used the USB charger. I don't believe that it has wireless capabilities.
Q: Are these for small ear canals? Can they be used with an IPhone XR or an IPhone 11? Thanks!
A: They are not for very small ears. And it's not the silicone insert that is large but the body, the plastic body itself. It seems quite large for my ears because I have small ears. But if you have average two large ears they'll fit perfectly. I wear them and have gotten used to them but they hurt just a bit in the beginning. Other than that the sound quality and performance is great.
Q: Can they be used with a Galaxy 8+ phone?
A: I use it on my Galaxy Note 8. It should easily hook up with any relatively modern cell phone or other blue tooth transmitting device. My only problem is with the volume.
A: Sorry I'm not sure. But I'm guessing that that Bluetooth TV Transmitter is sending out BT transmissions than yes, it should connect.
