I truly liked the countertop oven, but it did not last three months. I began using it the first week in February and it stopped working about 3 days ago, April 14th. I followed the instructions, so I think the oven was faulty. I purchased it on the Best Buy site, but I have been referred to the seller, Envotek. I sent the company an email, hoping they’ll do the right thing.
