I bought this for a couple of reasons, one is because I like to make treats with melted chocolate, and this helps keep it warm enough in between dipping cake, pops, or other sweet treats. The second reason why I bought it is because I throw parties in my classroom all the time and wanted something that would keep food warm. I definitely recommend this and have seen several treat makers use them as well.
